He is from a Mahayana Buddhist background but shares from a more universal and holistic nature, open to anyone. He hopes we can share fellowship, insight and peace.

I have been struggling with sadness lately and this was very helpful. Right at the end I understood that it is actually all taken care of, and I smiled. Inside and out. This meditation allowed me to sit with the sadness, not push it away, not judge it or myself for feeling it, whilst being reminded of the bigger picture… the perfect, functioning body, the perfect functioning Universe. Very calming and reassuring.
