Welcome to a deep healing journey that will heal your inner child and bring you into union with this beautiful part of you.

When there are unhealed aspects within the inner child this causes blockages in your present life and may be the very reason why you are not receiving what you are asking or praying for because deep inside of you there is a part that does not feel worthy of receiving it.

So today we will be clearing all of this so you can open up to receive and feel safe doing so.

For we receive that which we desire when we feel worthy and safe to receive it.

During this deep healing journey you will be brought into a state of self-forgiveness.

There are times where we hold deep resentment,

Anger or frustration towards ourselves.

We will clear this so you may feel at peace knowing that no matter what happens energy can be freed up.

You can forgive.

You can come home and return to your essence of love,

Compassion and grace.

Forgiveness of self is the key that opens the door to the love that resides within your heart.

When you forgive yourself a powerful shift happens within,

Bringing you into a state of love and oneness with the divine.

You come home to your divinity.

Through forgiveness of self,

Forgiveness of others will also flow more easily as oftentimes the underlying reason it may be difficult to forgive others is the result of negative feelings that you have towards yourself and beliefs such as I did something wrong,

It was all my fault,

I am the one to blame.

We will clear all of these underlying reasons that may have caused forgiveness to be blocked so that you can finally live free.

This healing journey will bring forward many changes for you at a very deep level.

It will bring you back into unity with your inner child and once this connection has been restored you will feel so uplifted,

So worthy and so deeply in love with yourself.

Once you fully love and accept yourself and come home to you embracing your truth as love,

Love will start to flow and you begin to tap into the very essence of life and the true magic of this ever expanding universe.

When you feel safe to love,

Safe to receive,

Safe to be you,

Magical things start to unfold.

You feel invincible like everything is possible for you and most importantly you are open to receiving it,

To finally walk in grace and glory as the sovereign being that you are.

So worthy,

Lovable and deserving because you are love,

Because you are a sovereign being of light.

It all starts with you and your ability to forgive,

Love and accept yourself.

Your ability to free yourself from all judgment,

Negativity,

Criticism and expectations towards yourself.

Once you come to love yourself just as you are,

You return home to you and your divinity,

A sovereign being of light,

This part of you that is always free.

In this state you come to find that there is nothing to prove and then you are truly free to live.

By becoming nothing you become everything.

When all else is gone,

What is left is you,

What is left is love.

You feel love for life,

For the world,

For everyone in it.

You see yourself reflected in every being.

You love yourself in every being.

You are who you are.

This healing journey is guided by Mother Mary and the healing that is taking place is happening within Mother Mary's loving presence.

You will be brought to Mother Mary's beautiful rose garden and she will guide you through this healing.

It will also invoke Mother Mary as a guide and mentor for you.

You are loved unconditionally by Mother Mary and she blesses you with divine grace and love.

As pure light and pure love.

Allow the eyes to close,

Inhale deeply and exhale completely.

Feel as your physical body is softening.

Feel your intention to heal deep and welcome Mother Mary as your guide.

Simply feel your intention and open your heart to the loving grace of Mother Mary.

Notice a soft pink light flowing in over you.

You feel the presence of a motherly energy,

It is the most loving,

Peaceful,

Sweet,

Compassionate energy that you have ever felt.

The presence that you feel is Mother Mary.

She loves you unconditionally,

Just as you are.

Surrender into her grace,

Her compassion and allow yourself to receive her love.

Just bathe in her love,

Soak it all in,

She is here,

You see in front of you the most beautiful rose garden,

It is lush and vibrant,

Feel the energy of beauty,

The Mary stands before you wearing a white dress infused with tiny stars,

Her hair has a shimmer to it,

It is glowing.

Above her head there is a beautiful pink rose crown.

As she walks towards you with her arms wide open,

A bright brilliant light flows through the air,

Also infused with tiny stars.

Mother Mary looks like a celestial queen.

You feel one with the stars,

You feel one with the light,

Everything feels magical.

To be in Mother Mary's presence is an extraordinary experience that you realize that deep down you have longed for.

As Mother Mary moves closer to you,

You see a soft pink light shining from her heart and hands.

You feel her energy of love and you feel her excitement to be here with you.

She is so excited to be with you,

She is so happy to be here.

The truth is that for long she has been trying to connect with you,

She's been wanting to support you and she is so happy that you have welcomed her into your life as your friend,

Your guide,

Your mentor and loving support.

Mother Mary embraces you,

As you receive her embrace all worries instantly melt away.

You feel light and free,

You feel happy.

In this unexplainable way you feel like you have returned home to the stars,

To you,

To love.

Mother Mary smiles at you,

Her eyes light up like thousand stars.

She says,

See me as your spiritual mother,

As your friend,

Your mentor,

Always loving you.

I am here to stay,

I will never leave you,

I love you unconditionally,

Every day.

You are worthy of this love,

You are worthy of receiving,

You are worthy of receiving me as your guide,

You are worthy,

You are so worthy.

Mother Mary invites you to sit opposite of her,

She directs your attention towards a child that is coming to meet you.

You realize that you know this child,

Because it is you.

This little child is you.

Mother Mary takes the child into her arms and as soon as the child softens into her embrace,

Silent tears begin to flow.

How good it feels to be held in the arms of divine love.

Mother Mary comforts your inner child and says,

You are safe.

In the arms of Mother Mary,

All fear melts away.

Mother Mary asks your inner child to share any memory,

Any experience that has felt heavy,

Scary or painful.

Mother Mary says,

You can give it all to me,

My sweet child.

All your worries,

Your fears,

Anything you've been afraid to say,

Any painful memories that has kept you in fear and away from love,

Any feelings of unworthiness,

Any shame,

Guilt and feelings that you did something wrong,

You can give it all to me.

Your inner child finally expresses and shares all the things that for so long have been wanting to be expressed,

All the things that have felt scary or unfair,

And how your inner child truly has been feeling deep,

Deep down.

You feel your inner child,

That beautiful,

Innocent child with a heart filled with so much love.

You feel how scared your inner child has been.

You feel how scary this human experience can be sometimes.

You feel how much your inner child has longed to be held.

In the arms of Mother Mary,

Your inner child is healing.

You look at this beautiful child,

This part of you.

You admire this child,

You have so much compassion for this child.

How deeply you wish for this child to know that it is safe to live free,

To live happy,

And to love.

It is safe to love and be loved.

It is safe to receive.

All you want is for your inner child to feel worthy,

Special,

And loved.

You feel within you times when you abandoned your inner child.

Moments where you talked down to your inner child,

Where you rejected your inner child and walked away,

Leaving your inner child alone.

Mother Mary invites you to hold the little child in your arms,

And so you do.

You take your inner child into your arms,

And you say,

I am so sorry.

Please forgive me.

I love you.

Thank you.

Your inner child looks at you,

Your inner child looks at you with eyes filled with hope and lightness and love.

And your inner child says,

I forgive you.

I forgive you.

You feel a deep sense of love for your inner child,

For yourself.

A fierce,

Protective kind of love.

It rises inside of you,

How much you love yourself,

How deeply.

In the presence of Mother Mary's unconditional love,

Something is awakening inside of you.

It feels like the real you is awakening.

The part of you that has longed to be seen and heard.

It feels like blocks are being lifted from you.

Blocks that have kept you within suffering,

Within shame,

Within fear,

That silenced your voice and dimmed your light.

The human baggage is lifting,

And you can feel it.

The illusion of fear and separation.

The programming,

The conditioning,

The fear that was placed upon you,

Forcing you to hide,

To play small,

Feel guilty,

And shameful for being you.

It is all within you.

To play small,

Feel guilty,

And shameful for being you.

It is all lifting.

Fear no longer has any power over the sacred,

Innocent part of you that is so loving,

So free,

So pure,

And so holy.

You feel amazing.

You feel fiercely loving towards yourself.

Every part of you.

Every aspect of you.

There is nothing to be ashamed of.

You came here to bring light into the darkest of places.

You came here as a wayshore,

As a being of light,

Knowing that you can switch your light on any time.

You get to love yourself.

You get to do that.

You get to shine your light and live your love.

You stand up,

And so does your inner child.

You both smile.

Both of you have longed for this moment,

This healing,

To be united as one.

You feel the love that you have for your inner child.

You feel the power of forgiveness,

The feeling of coming home,

The feeling of love for yourself,

For your inner child,

For all that you are.

And you tell your inner child,

No harm will come to you.

I will protect you.

I will love you and give you all that you need.

I will give this to you.

I am here now,

And this time,

I am here to stay.

I promise to always take care of you.

You look at each other,

You and your inner child.

There is a sense of freedom,

A freedom that you have never felt before.

A huge shift has taken place.

You feel so light,

Free,

And happy.

There is a joy overflowing within your heart.

It feels so magical to be united again with your inner child.

It feels amazing to love yourself so deeply.

Finally,

You are home.

Fear has no longer any power over you.

You are complete.

You are completely cleared of negativity,

Of the shackles of the past,

Any programming that wants to keep you stuck within shame and unworthiness.

You have broken free from it all.

You feel how extraordinary you are.

You feel your sovereignty.

Mother Mary has been right there beside you,

Holding safe space for the reconciliation between you and your inner child.

Her entire being is glowing in the most brilliant light.

A soft pink light shines from her heart and from her hands.

She places one of her hands over your inner child's head and the other one over the heart.

Your inner child lights up in a brilliant bright light.

Mother Mary then repeats the same for you and places one hand over your head and the other one over your heart.

She says,

Close your eyes and let your heart open.

To divine love.

You receive Mother Mary's healing.

A bright,

Brilliant white light flows down from the heavens above through your crown chakra and into your body.

You feel your body glowing.

The light expands from your being and forms a circle around you.

As directed by Mother Mary,

Your inner child steps into this circle of light and the two of you now become one.

Mother Mary says,

Love and adore yourself the way that I love and adore you.

You are a divine being of light and nothing can ever change that.

Walk forward from this day on knowing the truth of who you are.

Knowing the truth of love.

I walk with you on every step of the way.

Mother Mary embraces you and you receive her love.

You feel your heart singing of joy,

Liberation.

Your words are an expression of your divinity and you hear yourself say,

I am worthy.

I am pure love.

I am pure light.

I am worthy.

I am divine.

I am sovereign.

Mother Mary celebrates you.

The entire universe celebrates you as you rise in your truth as a sovereign being of light.

In deep gratitude to Mother Mary,

This love,

You may now return through the portal of your heart and coming back into your body.

Gently start to move your body.

Feel your heart.

Feel the love that you have for your body.
