Find a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and relax.
Now imagine looking up into the heavens above,
Seeing and feeling a great source of light.
Connect here.
As a being of light,
You already know how to do this.
Simply relax and allow,
And feel the light that is you connecting with source energy that is pure light,
Pure love.
It feels like coming home.
Allow yourself to come home.
See and feel the light flowing down onto you,
Reaching the top of your head and moving into your entire body.
It flows into the earth before it moves back up into your body.
Feel it reach your heart center and let it shine from your heart.
Now bring your awareness to the top of your head,
Then to the back of your head and feel this area of your body relaxing.
Feel your neck,
Your shoulders and shoulder blades,
Your upper back.
Feel how your upper back is completely letting go.
Then your middle back,
Your lower back,
Your hips,
Your knees,
All the way down to your feet.
Feel the entire backside of your body now completely relaxed.
Your body feels heavy.
Feel how healthy you are,
How safe you are,
And just let go.
We will now move into the energy clearing and light body activation.
Bring your awareness back to the top of your head.
Feel the brilliant,
Pure light of source shining onto you like a radiant sun.
The light flows to you with ease.
Trust in its wisdom and know that you will receive exactly what is needed for you at this moment.
Let the light cleanse clear and open your crown chakra.
You are one with pure,
Divine source energy.
Let the light now enter your third eye,
Clearing away any resistance to seeing the truth.
Feeling your third eye open,
Activating your telepathic and psychic channels.
Feel the light enter your throat chakra,
Clearing away any fear of speaking your truth,
Of expressing yourself,
Of sharing your voice,
Clearing away any stories that says that it's not safe to be you.
Let it all be washed away.
Let your soul gifts awaken.
Your time has come to reclaim your truth and shine in your sovereignty.
Feel the light now reaching your heart,
Filling up the entire heart space and replacing any fear with unconditional love.
Letting any fear-based programming that says that it's not safe to give and receive love be washed away.
Let the light cleanse away any fear of being hurt and activate the truth of being safe to love,
Safe to be you,
Trusting in yourself and trusting in others.
Let the pure light of source clear away the programming,
False beliefs,
Negative stories,
And imprints of the past that have taken up space within your heart.
Let it all be washed away and notice how your heart is opening.
Feel the energy of love moving from your heart,
Down your arms and into your hands.
I invite you to place your hands over your heart and send the energy of love into you.
Feel how much you love yourself.
Feel the energy of love spreading inside,
Activating your truth as love.
Surrender into the wonderful feelings of love.
Now feel the light moving into your upper belly,
Solar plexus,
Clearing away any beliefs that says that you are not enough.
Just let it all be washed away.
You don't have to hold on to it any longer.
Feel it being cleansed from your system.
Any fear of your own greatness,
Of your sovereign power,
Let it be washed away.
Clear away any patterns of self-doubt and any ways you've been playing small.
Feel the solar plexus activation,
A fierce energy that says it is time to rise up,
To speak up,
And be seen.
Place your hands over your solar plexus and feel this activation.
Feel a warming sensation flowing through your body,
Activating at a cellular level.
The light now enters your lower belly,
Sacral chakra,
Clearing away any negativity connected to your sexuality and pleasure.
Washing away any feelings of shame and guilt,
Any feelings of unworthiness are cleared out and replaced with love and acceptance for yourself and your body.
Feel your hands on your body.
Feel how much you love and accept yourself just as you are right now in this very moment.
How much you love and accept yourself.
Let this feeling,
This knowing,
This truth of self-love spread throughout your body.
Let the light enter your pelvis,
Reaching the pelvic floor and your root chakra,
Clearing away false identities that are not serving you,
Ancestral wounding and fear that has been passed down through your family line,
Any stories that says that it's not safe for you to be who you are,
Any negative imprints,
Any blocks that is preventing you from shining and living free.
Let it all be cleared out.
Let it be washed away.
Any beliefs that have kept you stuck in lack or negativity,
Anything that has blocked you from receiving,
Let it be cleared and cleansed from your system.
It is safe for you to be in your body.
It is safe for you to receive.
It is safe for you to be abundant.
It is okay for you to have more than enough.
It is important that you have more than enough.
It is safe for you to be here on planet earth.
The light flows down your legs,
Into your feet and into the earth,
Connecting here and then moving back up into your body,
Activating you as the pillar of life,
A bridge between heaven and earth.
Feel source energy holding you,
Embracing you.
Just be in this wonderful light,
Feeling weightless,
Peaceful,
Happy and comfortable,
Feeling excited and joyful,
Letting the light activate at a deep cellular level,
Allowing the higher vibrational frequencies to really anchor into your body,
Feeling how mother earth is holding you,
And feeling how the light is moving through you,
Reaching her.
You are the rainbow bridge.
You connect heaven and earth.
You are the channel that moves higher vibrational energy into this planet,
Bringing forth the reality of heaven on earth.
It is safe to be in your body.
It is safe to be here on planet earth.
It is safe to be a living angel.
Feel these words within you.
I am home.
I am free.
I am love.

I am love.
Calling upon the light of your higher self to now descend into your body,
Feeling the light of your higher self expanding within your physical body,
Letting this light that is you shine bigger and brighter.
Notice how good it feels to be in the fullness of your expression,
To be in the fullness of your energy.
Feel how powerful you are in this light and how good and safe it is to be here.
This is your truth and your natural state.
