Feel how your heart is receiving you and welcoming you,

This is its natural state.
Allow for your heart to open and as your heart opens up,
Begin taking the journey inwards,
Going within your heart,
Deeper and deeper through the portal of your heart,
Deeper and deeper until you feel and see a pure white light.
This light is the divine you,
It is your soul light,
It is the light of love.
This light,
Your essence,
Has always existed,
It can never fade,
It will shine forever more.
This light is your true,
Allow yourself to come home,
Feel this joy of returning home,
Of fully meeting yourself,
Embracing your true,
Your true nature.
This has always been you and it will always be you,
Let this inner light shine brighter and brighter,
Feel how it is expanding now as you give it attention,

Feel how any negativity,

Doubt or worry is washed away.
