Here is your sacred sleep sanctuary, your soothing balm to help ease you into a peaceful night's rest. I wanted to create something different from your average sleep meditation; something that would help you feel comfortable even if you can't fall asleep to it. I know many of you have been asking me for a sleep solution, so, my goal is to help you feel so relaxed and peaceful, that easy sleep will be your new norm. These tools are intended to help you be able to tap into the feeling of your sleep sanctuary, no matter when, or where you are.

And now we're ready.

Ready to sink into a deep,

Nourishing,

Delicious sleep.

Inhale.

And gently exhale.

This time inhale again.

And as you exhale,

Feel yourself sighing out.

As you melt into your bed.

This is your sleep sanctuary.

This is your precious time for renewal,

Refreshment and deep relaxation.

For now this is not just your body getting a chance to rest,

But your mind and your spirit having their moment for peace and healing.

Sweet lavender and rose caress the air around you.

And as you inhale,

Imagine the warm fragrance coming into your body,

Gently soothing you and easing your muscles.

You begin to fall deeply into the soft sheets.

Your pillow perfectly feathered.

Your cushioned bed.

Your body is nurtured and completely supported.

Whispy moonlight gently seeps in through the window.

Filling your room with calm,

White light.

This moonlight brings a sacred element into your space.

Exhale into a cloud of pure comfort.

You have been waiting for the pleasure of this moment.

It's simply the pleasure of it.

It's alright if you have thoughts.

You can gently remember that thoughts are like snow on a thin branch.

They gather up until they fall.

In this moment we allow the thoughts,

Like the snow,

To just fall off the branch.

They'll be there for us tomorrow and we can pick them up again if we want to.

We return now to the pure pleasure of this moment.

We inhale and exhale pleasure.

The pleasure melts down your back,

Down your legs,

Down your arms.

This is my comfort.

This can just feel good.

This can just feel easy.

I don't have to do anything to fall asleep.

My body will do it for me.

Like a beautiful morning glory flower,

I simply close my petals for the night.

And each time I breathe,

I sink deeper and deeper into calm,

Into soothing,

Into loveliness,

Easy comfort.

I'm just comfortable.

And as I allow my body to drift into a healing,

Easy sleep,

I know that I can feel really good.

And the more I can feel good,

Just because I enjoy it.

The easier it will be for me to fall into a deep,

Wonderful sleep.

Let yourself drift away now,

Enjoying this peace,

This comfort,

This moment,

Which is all yours.
