Transcript

Bring your awareness to your body as you are seated or laying down.

Simply notice how the body feels wherever you are and breathe in and breathe out.

In through the nose.

Out through the nose.

Finding yourself here with yourself.

No matter how you are today.

Here with the self.

Breathing in.

Letting it be.

And breathing out.

Begin to follow the circular rhythm of the breath coming in.

Swirling into the body and coming out.

As the inhale cascades down the throat and into the heart.

It helps you sink deeper into that self.

That self that just is.

The inhale lifting you up.

Lightening.

Refreshing.

And the exhale anchoring,

Deepening.

I am where I am in this moment.

And where I am and how I am is just right.

No resistance now.

Only allowing.

Breathe.

Release.

Let the breath penetrate any unwanted thoughts or sensations.

Let the breath smooth your mind.

Allow it to smooth.

Welcome this feeling of deepening.

Invited in.

Inhale.

And exhale.

Let the body float now.

Let the energy coming into the body with the breath.

Help you to float and release.

With every exhale,

Deepening.

With every exhale,

Loosening.

Releasing.

Move the body if you want.

Fall deeper into your seat or into where you are laying down.

Melt yourself into the space.

Just when you think you can't go deeper,

You really can.

Each inhale is filled with universal energy,

Source energy,

Light filled,

Cosmos filled,

Star filled energy.

Bring it in.

Integrate it into the body with the exhale.

As you anchor,

You also rise.

You rise into that everlasting,

Soul self that is already healed,

That is already renewed,

That is light as a feather.

Let yourself deepen.

Let yourself release so that you may rise up into that space more and more.

Breathe.

Now take a deeper inhale.

Slowly filling the lungs,

Filling them deep.

And exhale,

Move the shoulders,

Stretch the fingers and toes.

Roll the neck.

Flex the spine.

Bring yourself back into the room,

Back into your body.

Inhale deeply into the lungs,

From the bottom all the way to the top.

And exhale.

May the energy you generated in your body help you to feel renewed,

Peaceful and ready to have a beautiful day.
