Mari is a mindfulness teacher and a certified Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) teacher, as well as a coach and trainer. She enjoys supporting individuals and organizations in strengthening well-being and creating spaces where people can feel more at ease, connected and thrive. Her approach is warm, practical, and grounded in the belief that small moments of kindness can spark meaningful change. Together with her colleague Leena Rasanen, she has published a book: Juote Mari ja Rasanen Leena: Kohti myötätuntoista mieltä - itsemyötätunnon voimaa työhön ja arkeen, Duodecim, 2025. She hopes her work invites people to slow down and discover a kinder way to relate to themselves and others.
