Welcome.
Remember,
Intuition doesn't always arrive as a loud voice.
Sometimes it comes as a feeling,
A knowing,
A memory,
A colour.
Or simply a sense of peace.
Whatever you experience here right now is perfect.
There is nothing you need to force.
Nothing you need to get right,
Simply remain open to whatever unfolds.
I invite you now to give yourself permission to pause.
There is nowhere you need to be.
Nothing you need to do.
No one you need to become.
For the next little while,
Simply allow yourself to be here.
Relax into a position that feels comfortable and supportive for your body.
Take a moment to withdraw your attention from the outside world.
And bring it gently inward.
You may wish to close your eyes or simply lower your gaze.
Begin by bringing your awareness to your breath.
There is no need to change anything just yet.
Simply notice the gentle rhythm of your breathing.
Notice the breath flowing in.
And flowing out.
And as you begin to pay attention to your breath you may notice your body naturally starting to soften.
Your shoulders relaxing.
Your jaw unclenching.
Your mind becoming a little quieter Now invite your breath to become just a little slower and a little deeper.
Breathing in.
And gently releasing.
With each breath,
Imagine yourself letting go of anything that no longer needs your attention right now.
The tasks,
The responsibilities.
The expectations.
Allow them to drift into the background for a little while.
There's nowhere else you need to be Nothing you need to do,
In this moment your only job is to breathe.
And as you continue breathing.
You may begin to notice a growing sense of calm moving through your body.
A sense of ease.
A sense of spaciousness.
Almost as though each breath is creating a little more room within you.
More room to listen.
More room to feel.
More room to hear the quiet wisdom that has been there all along.
And with each breath Allow yourself to drift a little deeper.
A little deeper into relaxation.
And as you continue to breathe Allow yourself to become even more present in this moment.
Notice the feeling of being supported beneath you.
The chair,
The bed or whatever surface is holding you right now.
Allow yourself to surrender a little more fully to that support.
You don't need to hold yourself up.
You don't need to carry anything.
For these next few moments.
Simply allow yourself to be held.
Bring your awareness gently down into your body.
Notice your feet,
Notice any sensations that are present.
Without needing to change anything,
Simply allowing.
And as your awareness moves up through your legs,
Your hips and your abdomen.
You may begin to notice areas softening and relaxing all by themselves.
Any tension that has been held in the body.
Can begin to melt away.
Your chest softens.
Your shoulders become a little heavier.
Your arms relaxed.
Your hands resting easily.
Soften your neck.
Your jaw.
The muscles around your eyes,
Your forehead smooth and relaxed.
As though with each breath you are drifting a little further away from the noise of the outside world.
And a little closer to the wisdom within.
Relaxed,
Supported,
Present.
Ready to begin this journey inward and now in your own time.
Imagine yourself standing at the beginning of a beautiful path.
There is no need to force the image.
Simply allow it to emerge in whatever way feels natural for you.
Perhaps you can see the path clearly.
Perhaps you simply sense that it is there.
Trust whatever arises.
This is your journey.
Notice the atmosphere around you,
The colours,
The light.
The feeling of the space.
Perhaps there are trees gently swaying in the breeze,
Wildflowers growing alongside the path.
The sound of birds in the distance.
Or perhaps your path looks completely different.
And allow it to unfold in its own unique way.
As you begin to walk Notice how peaceful it feels here.
With each stitch.
You become more present,
More connected and more aware.
More open.
The noise of the outside world fading further into the distance.
Each step bringing you closer to yourself,
Closer to your inner wisdom,
Closer to the truth that already lives within you.
And as you continue along this path you become aware of beautiful light ahead.
A soft golden light,
Warm,
Loving,
Welcoming.
There is something familiar about this light.
Something that feels like home.
You feel naturally drawn towards it.
And as you move closer.
You begin to realize that this light carries a deep sense of wisdom.
A deep sense of knowing,
A quiet certainty.
This is the wisdom of your soul.
The part of you that has always known who you are.
A part of you that has witnessed every chapter of your journey.
A part of you that remains steady beneath fear,
Doubt and uncertainty.
Allow yourself to step into this beautiful light.
Feel it surrounding you,
Supporting you,
Holding you.
Perhaps you notice a feeling of peace,
A feeling of love,
A feeling of coming home to yourself.
As you rest within this light you become aware of a presence before you,
A wise and loving version of yourself,
Your higher self.
Your soul self.
A part of you that sees the bigger picture.
The part of you that understands the lessons,
Gifts and experiences that have shaped your journey.
Notice how this version of you appears.
There's no need to force anything.
Simply remain open and curious.
Trust whatever comes.
Whether it is an image,
A feeling,
A knowing,
Or simply a sense of presence.
Take a moment to connect with this wise part of yourself.
And when you're ready,
Silently ask.
What do I most need to know right now?
And simply listen,
Without expectation,
Without judgement,
Receiving whatever wishes to be shared.
Now ask,
What am I being invited to release?
What am I ready to let go of?
Now ask,
What gift within me is ready to be trusted more fully?
And finally ask.
What is the next step for me?
Not the entire path,
Not every answer,
Just the next step.
Before you leave,
Notice whether your soul wishes to offer you a gift.
A symbol,
A colour,
A word,
An image?
Or perhaps simply a feeling.
Something you can carry with you beyond this meditation.
Take a moment to receive it.
Know that this wisdom has never been separate from you.
It is not something you need to earn or search for or prove yourself worthy of.
It has always lived within you.
Speaking through your intuition,
Your feelings,
Your inner nudges,
Your moments of clarity,
Your quiet knowing.
And whenever you choose to listen,
It will be there.

Notice how you feel.

There is no need to analyze them right now,
Simply allow them to be.
Begin to bring your awareness back to your breath.

Gently bring some movement back into your body.
