Dear you,
Welcome to that inhale,
To this moment of meditation,
Which will allow you to find a little bit more space within yourself.
To start,
Find a comfortable position.
Make yourself at ease,
Just make sure that your chest and your belly are free to move.
It might be easier in a seated posture,
With your spine long,
But if for any reason you prefer to lie down,
Please feel free to do so.
I invite you to close your eyes and to land in this present moment by listening.
Listening to my voice,
To the sounds that surround you,
The closest ones and the more subtle ones.
Let yourself dive into this unique present moment,
Connecting to it by those sounds which are here now in this reality,
Without any like or dislike for one or the other.
By listening what is happening outside,
You might start to feel secure enough to turn inward.
I invite you now to listen to those breaths,
Every single inhale,
Every single exhale,
Without modifying the breath just as you were listening to the external sounds without any judgement or preconceptions.
Listen to this amazing mechanism,
To this beautiful melody that you're unconsciously creating just by being alive.
Say hello to that inhale which nourishes you and say hello to that exhale which grounds you in this present moment,
The only one that really matters,
The only moment that really exists.
Every time you're inhaling,
Feel nourished,
Every time you're exhaling,
You're feeling more grounded here and now.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Inhale,
Nourish.
Exhale,
Crown.
Cherishing the flow of life,
This vital force which circulates within you in this same breath which allows you to leave.
Inhale,
Exhale.
The inner alchemistry of the breath might make you realize how precious you are and how magical is this simple moment.
Keep on listening to this inhale and this exhale.
Every time,
During the week,
The day or the night even.
If you feel overwhelmed,
Stressed or disconnected,
Just come back to your breath.
Just remember to welcome that inhale full of hope and life.
Just remember to welcome that cleansing exhale.
This simple action can be done anywhere and at any time it is within you.
This is your secret power,
Your inner organic alchemy.
Take a big inhale through the nose and a big exhale through the mouth.
You can now come to place your hands together in front of your chest,
Your head,
Right bow toward your hands,
Toward your heart in a sign of gratitude to thank yourself for this moment which is only yours.
Because everything is starting from you.
I hope to see you soon to share another moment of meditation.
Thanks for being an alchemist and have a beautiful day.
