Welcome to this brief embodiment practice.
Thank you for joining me today.
Go ahead and get settled in your space if you haven't done so already.
Setting the intention to leave everything at the door.
Leave everything where it was when it happened.
And just simply set the intention to arrive in this space and to be with yourself and with the beautiful form of your body for the next few moments.
We each have an energy field that surrounds our physical forms and it is so easy to feel like we've left our form to escape into our thoughts because sometimes the experiences that show up in our body or the thoughts and feelings that arise within our body we've been told are scary and we shouldn't address for whatever reason that may be.
So this is the reason for this practice today to lovingly dive back into our bodies and be with ourselves in our physical forms.
We chose to arrive in these physical forms and so let's honor them by taking care of them and letting them know that it is safe to be here.
So taking a deep breath in and sigh it out through the mouth.
And taking another cleansing breath in feel it fill up your belly,
Ribs,
Chest and exhale let it all go.
Chest,
Ribs,
Belly.
Taking another few breaths into the belly feeling the ribs in the chest and exhale let it go chest,
Ribs,
Belly.
Inhale in and exhale let it go.
And begin now to feel into your hands.
Starting with your pinky finger on your right hand.
Maybe you trace it up to the tip and back down to the palm.
Tracing each finger noticing if you feel any energy,
Any sensation.
If you do just let it be.
If you don't feel into your beautiful hands anyway.
There is no right or wrong in experiencing your form.
Your beautiful perfect physical form that you've chosen to incarnate into.
To shine your light into the world.
Remembering to breathe as you become aware of your hands.
See what it feels like to breathe into your hands.
Expressing gratitude to your hands.
For them assisting you with all your daily tasks.
And now spread your awareness up through your forearms.
Up into your shoulders.
And then scan back down all the way down from shoulders down through your elbows back through the wrists and into the hands.
And now either imagine your arms extending out in front of you or maybe you do actually extend your arms physically in front of you.
I find for this practice actually extending your arms in front of you as if holding a beach ball helps to direct the energy direct our mind to where we want to direct our energy.
So imagine now that you're holding a beach ball directly in front of your heart.
Maybe inviting a sense of play.
Does your beach ball have a certain look?
A pattern?
A color?
Maybe it has light around it.
Just invite a sense of play into your mind.
Maybe it's a golden orb.
Whatever it is,
Just notice and feel the energy present between your chest and your hands extended out front.
Take a deep breath in here.
Feel as though your heart is expanding out further and further through the beach ball into your hands and maybe out even a little further.
Remembering to breathe.
Taking a few moments to notice this expanse of energy that starts from inside your heart and shines out gently radiating,
Inviting more love from infinite source.
From an unlimited source of love inviting more into your heart and feeling it expand out.
And on your next inhale,
Slowly pull your arms into your chest,
Feeling that energy move deeply into your heart.
Continuing to breathe and feeling that energy you've pulled into yourself spread from your heart all the way down through your hips,
Through your legs,
Down through your ankles and your feet.
And on your next inhale,
Slowly pulling that energy back up through your ankles,
Your knee,
Your hips.
Breathing it in,
Pulling it up through the heart,
Through the chest,
Shoulders,
Neck,
All the way up to the top of your head,
The crown of your head.
Maybe you do this embodiment practice a few more times extending your arms out in front of you and pulling it back in.
And just noticing what it feels like to be in your heart or maybe in your room space,
Both male and female have a proverbial womb space.
It's an energetic space in the low part of the hips.
Or maybe your attention is being drawn to another point within your physical form.
Inviting more love and more gratitude for all the elementals that support your physical form.
And breathe and allow.
Taking a few moments to yourself now,
Just relishing this sense of embodiment deep within your form.
And you'll hear the sound of my voice inviting you back in just a few moments.
Okay.
Taking a deep breath in,
Feeling the air move all the way in to your belly.
And exhaling,
Feel all of anything that doesn't serve you,
Releasing out through the breath.
Coming back now,
Place one hand on your heart and the other on top of it if it is not there already.
Taking another breath into your heart.
And if you need any further grounding,
Just bringing your awareness all the way down into your seat.
Becoming aware of the space around you,
Of the support beneath you.
And spend this last moment setting the intention to love yourself through whatever comes your way.
Through any challenges that say we shouldn't love ourselves,
Kindly say,
I choose differently and I'll continue choosing differently as many times as is necessary because I am worthy.
