I have recorded these affirmations for loneliness because I have seen many people struggle with this.

My intention in creating this video is for you to discover that you are never alone and support is always there.
May you have a wonderful connection with yourself and others too.
And now just sit or lie in a way that is comfortable for you.
Close your eyes or lower your gaze and take a few deep breaths in and allow a sense of calm to wash over you.
In this moment of stillness let go of any tension.
With each breath invite relaxation into your body and mind.
And now with an open heart that is full of love let the following words come into your being.
I am surrounded by love and everything is fine.
