Through this meditation practice, you will be able to bring your consciousness to a space of infinite gratitude, where your vibration will immediately rise. Getting to stay in a state of calm and well-being throughout your day. Gratitude is an emotion that will always help us to elevate our mood and vibration and help us to get out of a state of confusion and density.

Transcript

Take a deep breath.

Release your body.

Observe a pure bright and white light falling towards you from the center of the universe.

The light begins to descend towards you,

Entering your body through the top of your head,

Your crown chakra.

Take a deep,

Deep breath.

Visualize,

Imagine or observe how the light begins to feed your body.

See how your brain lights up,

How the two thermal hemispheres lights up equally.

Now it begins to descend through your throat,

Your chest and lungs begin to fill.

Please do not leave a single spade without light.

Fill your heart with light and go down to your abdomen.

Feel how your body begins to accelerate.

The light continues down through the lower part of your abdomen where life is created.

Fill it with light.

Illuminate your hips.

Relax them.

Allow it to continue down your legs,

Knees,

Down to the soles of your feet.

Put your consciousness in them and imagine how strong roots begin to descend through all the layers of the earth until reaching a great ball of energy,

The core of the planet,

The heart of Mother Nature.

Visualize how those roots begin to surround the ball merging into it and begin to collect that wonderful energy.

Collect it and move upwards all the previous layers of the earth.

Look at the intense red color and you notice its heat when it reaches your feet.

Allow it to go up through your legs.

Feel your knees and thighs rise it up to your abdomen,

Feeling its strength and begin to notice how something awakes in you.

Take a deep breath and exhale.

Feel how that light comes out through all the pores of your skin.

Breathe in the light.

And when you exhale,

Let it take everything you don't want with you at this moment.

Breathe in the light.

And as you exhale,

Let it take away everything that is not good for you right now.

Breathe in the light.

And as you exhale,

Observe that the light that radiates from your heart has created the bubble around you.

It is made of light and is the most powerful seal that ceased.

Now you are safe,

Protected and full of love.

Breathe in the light.

And as you exhale,

Observe the bubble that is getting bigger and bigger,

Filling the room you are in,

The building,

The city,

The country,

The continent.

Now it covers the entire planet.

Imagine being one with all the living beings and inhabit the earth,

That you are capable of feeling and understanding that we are part of a whole.

Breathe in the light.

Now that you are relaxed and connected to your subconscious,

You are going to focus on your heart and you are going to visualize a small light in its center.

With each breath,

You will make this light bigger and bigger until you feel your heart heated.

Now that your heart is open and ready,

You are going to think about what you are most grateful for in your life.

It can be your family,

Your health,

Your job,

Whatever.

Do you have it?

Feel it.

Now put your attention on your heart and how it feels when you are thankful.

Just put your attention on it and breathe slowly.

The more focused you are on this feeling,

The bigger it will be.

And with each breath,

You will be able to notice it more and more.

Feel it.

Feel your body.

Allow this wonderful feeling of gratitude to come out into the world through each and every one of the pores of your skin.

With each breath,

Breathe slowly.

Enjoy the sensation and allow it to go out into the universe.

Feel how you emanate gratitude and enjoy.

Just breathe.

And now,

Little by little,

You can start moving your feet,

Your fingers.

You can be present in the here and now.
