Within the healing art of Jin Shin Jyutsu (light touch therapy) attitudes such as fear and anxiety are deeply connected to physical well being. In JSJ one method of harmonizing fear is by working with energy flowing through the index finger. This 6 minute guided JSJ self-care meditation will gently move energy through the index finger and body as we breathe and become in tune with our inner balance. I composed the music in the key of F Major (which harmonizes fear within JSJ philosophy).

We are harmonizing all sensations related to fear.

Relax in a comfortable position.

Lightly wrap your right hand fingertips around your left index finger.

Only hold your left index finger effortlessly.

We are harmonizing all sensations related to fear.

We exhale all thoughts and sensations.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Out.

In.

Sit in this energetic space.

Become aware of any energy moving between your fingers.

Aware of any pulse in the connection between hands.

Allow this energy to pulse,

Grow,

And subside as it will.

The breath,

The pulse of energy.

The harmonizing movement of energy.

Evaporates unwanted sensations.

Our world expands.

We know spaciousness.

Feel abundance and know you are enough.
