This 11-minute Jin Shin Jyutsu Morning Meditation is designed to gently awaken our mind and body. JSJ is an ancient healing art that utilizes light touch therapy to harmonize mind, body, and spirit. We will perfectly align our entire being with the new day using our own two hands; Safety Energy Lock (SEL) 1 (Prime Mover); SEL 10 (Air, Life Power); SEL 19 (Leader, Balance); and positive affirmations. Music composed in E Major, associated with harmonizing all three SELs.

Welcome to our Jin Shinjitsu morning meditation designed to gently awaken our body and mind and to harmonize our energy.

We will perfectly align our entire being with the new day.

Simply follow the cues of where to place your fingertips,

Exhale slowly,

And then listen for the pulse under your fingertips.

We begin at Safety Energy Lock 1.

Cross hands and lightly place fingertips at the inside bend of the knee,

Left hand to right knee,

Right hand to left knee.

In Jin Shinjitsu,

We begin with an exhale.

Then listen for the pulse under our fingertips.

Breathe out.

In.

Out.

Out.

Become aware of any pulse or movement under your fingertips.

It might be soft or loud.

Allow the movement to pulse,

Grow,

Or subside as it will.

I am grounded in this day.

I feel the pulse of life under my fingertips.

My body moves with ease.

Aches and pains resolved.

I feel my unity.

I listen.

I am grounded in this day.

We move to Harmonize Safety Energy Lock 10.

Lead left hand up to inner right thigh,

Above the knee.

Move left hand across chest to opposite upper arm.

Lightly hold bicep between thumb and fingertips.

Become aware.

Breathe out.

In.

Out.

Allow any movement to grow and subside as it will.

My breath brings life to my day.

I exhale slowly and inhale fully.

I speak with ease.

I have everything I need.

I feel the rhythm of my breath.

Breathe out.

In.

Out.

We move to harmonize safety energy lock 19.

Cross both hands over chest.

Lightly hold inner elbows.

Feel the energy between your thumb and fingertips.

Become aware.

Breathe out.

In.

Out.

Allow the movement to pulse,

Grow,

And subside as it will.

I am the leader of my day.

I feel ease in my back.

I know the warmth of the sun.

I am in perfect balance.

I have the power to choose.

I am in harmony.

I am the leader of my day.
