Ground yourself, connect yourself with the earth, and feel anchored and stable. Let your thoughts go and get an empty mind, concentrate on your breathing and only on relaxing your body and mind. This meditation makes it easy to achieve relaxation and calm.

Thank you for joining me.

I'm Marco Calignano and I will guide you in this grounding and relaxing meditation.

Find a comfortable place and close your eyes.

Let's take three big breaths.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

Now,

Breathe normally again.

And concentrate on your breathing.

Imagine that roots grow out of your feet and enter the ground beneath you.

These roots grow longer,

Thicker and stronger.

These roots continue growing till the center of the earth and anchor you to the ground,

Connecting you to the earth itself.

Now that you are strongly anchored to the ground and deeply connected to the earth,

Bring your attention to your thoughts.

Take each thought that comes to your mind.

Acknowledge it and know that you can deal with it later.

Then,

Let it slowly go down your body till it reaches your feet and from there goes into the earth through the roots.

Repeat this with each of your thoughts until your mind is empty.

Now you can come back.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Stretch your arms and back.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes.
