Begin by closing your eyes.

Take a nice long deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Take a nice deep breath in and exhale.

One more breath in and release.

And as you do,

Allow your shoulders to drop.

Relax your jaw and your forehead.

Feel your scalp loosening at the crown of your head.

And just continue to observe your in-breath and out-breath.

Breathing in peace,

Exhaling love.

Breathing in gratitude,

Exhaling joy.

Breathing in kindness,

Exhaling compassion.

Continue to observe your body in this quiet,

Sacred space.

Breathing in peace,

Exhaling love.

Breathing in gratitude,

Exhaling joy.

Breathing in kindness,

Exhaling compassion.

As your mind wanders,

Simply come back to the breath.

Breathing in peace,

Exhaling love.

Breathing in gratitude,

Exhaling joy.

Breathing in kindness,

Exhaling compassion.

Come back to the breath.

Breathing in peace,

Exhaling love.
