We're going to meditate.
Remember to have,
I would say,
In your mind,
That dream that you have been pursuing for a while,
Which feels unreachable,
Difficult,
Maybe not meant for you.
Maybe you may think that someone doesn't want you to have it.
I'm not going to say any names or anything,
All right?
You may think that you're not worthy.
You may think a lot of things.
Let's start breathing slowly and deeply.
And when you inhale,
Try to get as much air as possible,
Without feeling like your lungs are going to burst,
But more air than usual.
And when you exhale,
Take as much time as you can.
Again,
Without feeling pressured.
This is not a competition,
But just try to make it very slow.
And if you can hold your breath for a couple of seconds,
Between the time you inhale and exhale,
That will help too.
Some of you may have already been feeling the activation of some chakras.
I can tell you that I feel my third eye pulsating.
You may feel your hands warmer than usual,
Maybe the top of your head.
But if you don't feel anything,
That's okay.
That doesn't mean it's not working.
So just focus on the meditation and you will get all the benefits.
This is an imagery I usually like to play with.
Whenever you breathe in,
Of course you know you're getting oxygen,
But that's not the whole story.
You are changing your broadcast.
You are tuning in to everything that you want to have or achieve or live.
And this is easy to explain.
When you're feeling good,
That means that your vibration is high.
And everything that you ask for,
Everything that you want to manifest,
Is in a high vibration.
On the same place of that emotion of either happiness,
Love,
Gratefulness,
Exhilaration.
Whenever you have one emotion that matches the one that you will feel once you have your wish come true,
That means that you are attracting your wish.
And you don't even need to think about it.
You can just choose a wish and forget about it and it will eventually come to you.
That's why following your bliss is the best advice that you can follow.
Remember that all you need to do is choose what you want.
The when and how are not up to us.
And that's great because when our wishes are ready,
They will surpass our expectations.
Now every time you breathe out,
Imagine that this is not only a biochemical process.
Because since your vibration is high,
You're getting rid of everything that is no longer serving you.
Sadness,
Worries,
Painful memories,
Hurt,
Disease,
You name it.
You are no longer a match for any of those.
And your mind is quieter.
You will still have some thoughts.
That's normal,
That's how you were designed.
But those thoughts are more pleasant while you keep raising and raising your vibration until all you get are beautiful thoughts.
Enjoy every breath.
And now focus on your body for a moment.
How does your neck feel?
Your shoulders?
Your face?
Arms?
Your back?
Your hips?
Your legs?
Your feet and hands?
Some of you may be struggling to remain in a fixed position.
Maybe you are sliding.
Maybe your body is asking you to lay down.
That's fine.
Listen to your body.
But you definitely feel better.
And sometimes I find it ironic that people associate being relaxed with feeling lighter.
And for me it's the opposite.
I feel heavier,
As if my body is no longer fighting the force of gravity and just letting go and feeling like I'm sinking.
But it's a very pleasant feeling.
So if that's you,
Just surrender.
Enjoy it.
And now that we're feeling better,
We're going to bring up those wishes that we have been trying to make happen.
So in front of you,
There's a big black board and it's divided into right and left.
On the left side,
You're going to write down every reason why you think your wish is not coming.
And before you start,
I want you to know that you're safe.
It's okay to think about that.
Because this is a healing meditation.
And it will help you to process your emotions.
So don't be afraid.
It's only you and this blackboard.
Nobody's going to know what you write down.
So be honest with yourself.
Everything that you feel,
Write it down and take your time.
And as you're writing down all those reasons,
You feel relief.
You're taking out all those repressed thoughts and all those negative thoughts.
Repressed thoughts and emotions.
Now we're going to use the right side.
And in this side,
You're going to write down why you should get your wish.
Why you deserve it.
Why you think it belongs to you.
And it doesn't matter if you don't have much to write down.
And if during this process you feel like you want to make some up,
Those reasons may be inspired.
So trust the exercise.
If any of you have already finished,
You can look around.
And as you do,
You realize that you're in a beautiful garden.
Lots of flowers.
A fountain where birds come to take a bath and drink of the water.
The sun is bright,
But it doesn't burn.
It's pleasant.
The sky is beautiful.
It's blue with interesting clouds.
You can see several shapes and maybe imagine that you see different things.
Animals,
Hearts.
And the sound of the fountain is so soothing.
You're sitting down and then you feel that you're not alone.
There's someone else with you.
And that's okay because it's a pleasant company.
And this person is sitting next to you,
Enjoying the day,
Contemplating the beautiful garden.
The birds bathing.
The clouds.
And suddenly,
This person goes to the blackboard and starts reading the left side.
And then goes to the right side and starts writing something.
And then you look at this person erasing both sides.
And they're just the text that was added by this person on the right side.
Nothing more.
All your thoughts,
All the reasons you thought are why you're not getting your wish are no longer there.
But also,
The reasons why you thought you deserve your wish are no longer there.
So you're curious.
And you walk towards the blackboard.
And now you can read the only reason there is.
It says that you're worthy of getting your wish because God loves you.
Look at this person's face and realize that,
Well,
It was God with you all the time.
And now God is smiling at you,
Reminding you that God is always here.
And his love is the most important gift.
It's the most important gift,
A gift that overpowers everything else.
And the only reason why everything exists,
Including you,
Now you know,
Whenever you think about your wish,
That you deserve it because God loves you.
And that's all you need to know.
It doesn't matter what you have done in the past.
It doesn't matter what type of person you believe you are because you were created by God and God does not make mistakes.
So you're not a mistake.
You are an act of love.
You are the children of God and everything that you ask will be given.
Think about this gift,
This reality that you know but sometimes forget.
You can see all your loved ones,
Your friends,
Your family.
This is a big celebration,
A beautiful moment that we are sharing.
And we can smile because we realize that in this very moment we are complete.
There is nothing we need.
This is a perfect moment.
Smile every time you feel good.
Even if you're not doing anything,
You're helping everyone because we are all connected.
And when you feel good,
You are being the best version of yourself.
And those good feelings will inspire beautiful actions to improve other people's lives.
Inspire action is the most powerful there is.
And you know the path.
Follow your bliss and everything else will unfold.
Put your hands on your chest next to your heart and feel all the warmth,
All the joy,
Gratitude and blessings that you have received today.
You are not the same person.
You have removed everything that was holding you back and all these blessings.
And this new you will remain like this till the end of times.
