Hello,

Sometimes there are situations that are in our mind all the time.

They roam in our imagination in an obsessive way,

Since we may be looking for a breakthrough for something that we want to achieve or change,

Or perhaps manifest a desire that we really want.

Living like that is not good,

It keeps us in a low vibration and among other things we fall prey to stress,

Irritability,

And we disconnect from people losing the ability to enjoy our present.

In this audio,

I want to share an old technique that has been used by people who have achieved great things,

Like Thomas Edison.

Maybe that name sounds familiar to you.

He invented,

Among other things,

The phonograph and light bulbs.

Can you imagine your life without light bulbs?

From my point of view,

This technique allows you to connect with other planes to have access to information that is at hand at all times,

But because we are in a different vibration we are not able to grasp.

It is very simple to do,

And the idea is to enter a stage of sleep,

The first one,

In which we are still susceptible to waking up easily.

And when you wake up,

You write or record everything you remember,

To avoid the risk of forgetting,

Just as it happens when we wake up in the morning and we lose the details of our dreams.

So having something at hand to write or record your voice is essential.

You may wonder how we can wake up from that light sleep.

What Edison did was having metal spheres in his hands.

He did the technique sitting down,

And once he fell asleep the spheres made a loud noise when they fell to the ground,

Hence waking him up.

In a statue of his likeness that currently is in Fort Myers,

Florida,

They included one of those metallic spheres in his hand.

So you can imagine how important this technique was for the inventor.

Now,

I personally do other things since I don't like waking up abruptly to a very loud noise,

Nor denting the floor.

After all,

This is a light sleep stage,

And there should be no problems returning from it.

I have some suggestions in case you are interested in trying this.

You can set an alarm to go off after 15,

20 or 30 minutes,

Depending on how long you estimate it will take you to fall asleep.

Also,

On the Inside Timer application,

Well,

A timer that allows you to choose a time to meditate,

And a sound can be activated at a set interval.

Or you can just ask someone to wake you up after a certain time.

Something that is important to clarify is that you should be thinking about that situation that you want to change,

Or the desire that you wish to fulfill before starting this technique,

So that it stays in your thoughts and connects with the information you need.

It may well be very possible the universe,

God,

Or your spiritual guides are eagerly awaiting this opportunity for you to understand what they've been yelling at you all day long for years.
