Some of you already know how I conduct meditations.
I ask you to breathe deeply while I count to three,
And during that one,
Two,
Three count,
Inhale as much air as you can,
But to the point that it still feels comfortable.
I don't want you to feel like you're going to blow up,
Right?
Now,
I will wait maybe two or three seconds before you exhale,
And then the exhalation process is going to take five times,
From four to eight.
It's going to be slower than the inhale.
If you are feeling tension,
Let's say,
On your shoulders,
Just contract your muscles for a bit without creating a hernia.
Nobody wants that.
Just a little bit.
A little bit of strength,
And then release,
And you will feel better.
You will feel more relaxed,
And you can,
Of course,
Do that with any muscle you have.
Well,
I'm going to say anything I feel inspired to share,
Although I have a general guideline of how I'm going to conduct the meditation.
I'm always open to what my spiritual guides and God might want me to share with you.
So there are no two identical experiences with yours truly here.
So let's do this.
If you're sitting or laying down,
You might want to close your eyes.
Before I forget,
At some point I'm going to send you energy.
I'm going to raise my hands like this.
So if you don't want to guess when I'm going to be doing that,
Just have your hands in this position,
Either resting on your thighs,
Or you can rest your arms on your thorax so you don't feel the weight of your hands,
Right?
Or if you're laying down,
You can just put them on your bed.
So it doesn't matter.
You don't need to be aware of the moment.
That's what I'm trying to say.
Now we're going to breathe deeply.
Remember,
Three times.
One,
Two,
Three.
And exhale,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
I know that now you're starting to feel more relaxed.
And this is very simple to explain.
Because you're breathing deeply,
Your brain is now blocking cortisol or adrenaline.
You are in a better state,
In a relaxed state.
You're going to feel peaceful and joyful.
Now let's breathe again.
Exhale one,
Two,
Three.
And exhale four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
Now this may be a dichotomy,
But you're going to feel lighter and heavier.
Heavier because you're relaxed,
But also heavier because you're not fighting gravity with your muscles and you're letting the earth pull you towards its center.
So enjoy that feeling.
Just let go.
Allow your body to relax and enjoy the forces of nature and of the universe.
And let's breathe again one more time.
One,
Two,
Three.
And exhale four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
Now remember,
We're going to work on your affirmation.
If you haven't chosen one,
It's okay.
You can do it now.
Remember you can say I will or I want or I am.
It doesn't matter.
It doesn't have to be perfect.
The energy of the universe and from within you is going to make it perfect.
Energies are not important,
But the emotion and your intention is what matters.
Think about your affirmation.
What do you want to accomplish in life?
How would it feel when you're there?
And try to picture and recreate that feeling while you're saying your affirmation.
You can say it in your mind or out loud.
It doesn't matter.
Now if you think about all of us right now here that are connected,
That are part of the same energy and the same intention,
I have an affirmation that my guides gave me for you that I want to share with you.
I love you and I love being here with you.
And at the end of the day,
That's what matters most,
Feeling and giving love.
You can also say I love myself.
I love who I am.
I love my path,
My dreams.
I love my journey.
I love my life.
And I love that it's going to be so much better.
It is already great because I'm alive and I can feel and I can think and I can share.
But this is just the beginning.
I love what the future holds for me.
And I love what I have lived before.
And I love this moment.
This moment is unique.
Now we're going to travel.
Imagine that you are at home but you are your younger self,
Maybe 10 years old.
And you have a scrabble game on a table.
Start sorting the letters and align them to show your affirmation.
And as you do that,
Imagine how those pieces feel when you touch them with your fingers while you move them on the table and align them.
You can listen the sound they make on the table while you drag them and the sound they make when they are joined,
When they clash softly by the touch of your hands.
And now you are reading your affirmation from that table.
The letters look so shiny,
So beautiful.
The whole phrase looks so reassuring.
It is almost like you already have your wish because you were able to assemble it with those words,
With those letters.
And while you're saying that affirmation out loud,
Reading it from the table,
You hear another voice that is also reading it with you at the same pace and with the same emotion.
So you decide to turn your head and you see that special person that loves you unconditionally and has the power to give you all that you want.
Now you both are sitting on the floor reading all over again that affirmation and smiling and just sharing eye contact.
You can see how those eyes shine.
You can see through those eyes and see a beautiful soul that loves you so much and is already seeing you with your wish fulfilled,
Smiling because you know it's going to be real.
And that loving energy has pledged today,
Right now,
To you that you will get your wish.
And now that person is taking some letters from the same game and is writing a sentence for you.
I'm going to read it to you.
That sentence says,
I love you.
I want to make you happy.
Remember this place.
You can always come back here and write all your thoughts and line up those letters to spell your wishes and meet again with this beautiful being that loves you so much.
Now you know that it doesn't matter what words you chose,
What matters is how you felt about them.
And you will be able to remember this experience,
To remember that you're not alone and that everything that you want is at hand.
So go for it.
Don't be afraid.
Nothing will stop you.
Now you're receiving the energy from the universe,
From God.
Anything that you need right now is being given to you.
As you breathe in,
You feel that the air is warmer and it's helping you to relax even more and giving you a sense of safety.
This energy is an armor that is going to protect you against everything that you fear and will give you confidence to know that you can do anything that you want.
You are invincible.
You are powerful.
You have all that you need to succeed and you will succeed.
Now join your hands and touch your heart.
You're sealing that energy now.
It's going to remain with you for the rest of your life.
You have expanded yourself.
You have grown.
You have changed.
You're not the same person from 20 minutes ago.
You are a better version of yourself already.
And with that confidence,
With that love,
With that certainty,
Take a deep breath with me.
