Climb to the peak of relaxation: Sit in the most comfortable spot you can find, close your eyes, and imagine yourself at the top of a mountain, feeling the sun's rays warming your face, mind, and body. Merge with your surroundings, feel the wind and the vibrations, and enter a meditative state. Breathe deeply and feel delta waves slowing down your brain activity; find your calm.
