Take a deep breath in,

And gently exhale.

Let yourself settle into this moment,

Let your body begin to soften,

Your shoulders,

Your jaw,

Your head.

Let the ground beneath you hold what you don't need to carry right now.

There are times when we find ourselves between worlds,

Between what is and what is changing,

Between holding on and preparing to let go.

The space can feel quiet,

Uncertain,

And deeply tender.

If you are here now,

It may be because your heart is holding something heavy,

A slow goodbye,

A deep love,

The ache of what hasn't yet happened but is quietly arriving.

Breathe into your heart,

Feel the strength that lives there,

Not because you're forcing it,

But because love makes us strong in ways we don't always see,

Let that love be your anchor.

You don't have to be endlessly strong,

You don't have to know what to do next,

You only have to be here with your breath,

Your heart,

And the truth of this moment.

Exhale.

Let each breath remind you that you are human and that it's okay to feel it all,

You're not alone in this.

Even when there are no words,

Love speaks,

Even in the quiet,

Love is alive,

Let it move through you,

Softly,

Freely,

Grief,

Even before it fully arrives,

Is the echo of love,

So let that love be what surrounds you now.

You are doing enough,

You are enough,

And you are deeply,

Deeply loved.

Take another breath here,

A little fuller this time,

Let it remind you you're being held,

And when you're ready,

Slowly bring your awareness back to your body,

Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes,

Roll your shoulders gently if it feels good,

And just for a moment,

Hold this peace in your heart,

With so much love,

Light,

And peace.
