If today felt heavy or too full,

This is your space to let go.

You don't have to solve anything right now.

You just get to breathe,

Reset and return to yourself.

Let your body rest gently wherever you are.

Notice where tension might be hiding and without changing anything,

Just notice it.

Breathe in slowly through your nose and breathe out through your mouth like a quiet sigh.

Let's do that again.

In and out.

Now gently let's scan through the body.

Forehead soft.

Jaw unclenched.

Shoulders dropping.

Open and steady.

Belly released.

Legs and feet supported.

Let's let go of the day.

Let go of the noise.

Let go of the parts you carried that were never yours.

Let's imagine a soft light beginning to grow at your center.

This light is you.

Beneath the weight,

Beyond the story,

Just light.

Let's breathe into it and as we do,

Let it grow.

Allow the light to soften.

Allow the light to grow.

Allow the light to become all parts and beyond.

Safe to rest.

Safe to be.

Safe to come back to yourself.

Just stay here as long as you need or gently carry this calm into whatever comes next.

You are enough just as you are.
