This meditation is a gentle invitation into an inner art journey guided through colour, movement, and imagination. Designed as a short reset for the nervous system, it offers space to slow down, soften the mind, and reconnect with a sense of calm and inner flow. Rather than creating anything physically, you are encouraged to let colour unfold in the mind. Colours may appear vividly, or they may be felt more subtly as mood, warmth, texture, or movement. There is no right or wrong way to experience this practice. Whatever arises is welcome. As the journey unfolds, colour becomes a quiet inner language, helping to ease mental tension and support grounding and balance. This meditation can be experienced simply by listening and imagining. If you feel drawn, it may also be paused and explored alongside drawing, painting, or journaling, though this is entirely optional.
