Tonight,

You are going to have the best night of sleep that you've had in a really long time.

So make sure you are nice and comfortable and that your clothing is not too tight if you are wearing any.

Rolling the sheets up around you,

Laying your head on the pillow.

It is time to go to sleep.

Something that feels so good.

Sleeping.

Close the eyes and notice your breathing.

It is gently moving the body without your conscious control.

Letting the mind just wander around as it typically does.

Today has come to an end and it is now time to sleep.

Notice where your hands are.

How are they placed?

Can you move your hands just a little bit,

Readjusting them so that they are more comfortable?

Move your fingers ever so slightly,

Giving them a few moments of movement before falling asleep for the entire night.

Resting the hands.

No need to move them.

They have done so much today.

Resting the legs.

You want to stretch them out or tuck them in to feel more comfortable.

Do this now.

You have every right to a good night's sleep.

You have done all that you need to do today and you will do all that you need to do tomorrow.

Right now,

All you need to do is sleep.

Resting gently and easily.

Let your mind wander all the way back to this morning.

Can you remember waking up this morning?

What was the first thing you did?

Tomorrow morning,

The first thing you are going to do is to say out loud a positive affirmation of your choice.

When you wake up in the morning,

Affirm out loud something positive about yourself.

And as you go to sleep tonight,

You will say that affirmation right now as a reminder of what you will say again in the morning.

Say something positive about yourself.

Starting with the words,

I AM.

I AM.

I AM.

I AM that I AM.

I AM that I AM.

I AM.

And as you fall asleep tonight,

You say out loud,

I AM a great sleeper.

I sleep really good.

I love sleeping.

Letting yourself drift away,

Sailing into the dream world.

For your dreams,

Make for great action to take place in your waking life.

Your dreams are filled with so much wonderful content.

You remember your dreams very well.

You can make connections between your dreams and your waking life.

They are one in the same.

Dreaming now of how life will be for you.

Your life is wonderful every single day.

You are a good person and you make good choices.

You are kind to others and you are loving to yourself.

It is so hard to stay awake now because your mind has slowed down so well.

It feels so good to sleep resting and letting my voice fade away as your breath is nice and smooth all night long.
