Find or create a space where you can sit or lie down undisturbed for a little while and find your breath.

Get comfortable,

Make any adjustments that you need to,

And find your breath.

Observe the body as you breathe in and out,

Breathing.

Observing your breath as it fills the body and begins to slow down.

Take each breath deeper and longer than the last.

Inhaling deeply,

Filling the body completely,

And exhaling to relax,

Release.

Feel your weight sinking into the floor or your bed or your seat,

Feeling your breath in your body here and now.

Inhale,

Filling your body with your breath,

Sending it into different directions.

Send the breath to your head.

Send the breath to your knees.

Send the breath to your hips.

Send the breath to your back.

Send the breath to your toes,

Feeling all of the sensations around your toes,

The air,

Skin,

Fabric,

Floor.

Feel your toes and release.

Feel your feet and release,

Your ankles,

Your calves and shins,

Release.

Breathe into your knees,

Release,

Your thighs,

Your hips,

Release.

Breathe into your abdomen and into your lower back,

Filling the space with your breath and allow it to release,

Release,

Release.

Filling your spine with your breath,

Finding any tension,

And release.

Bring your breath into your chest,

Your shoulders and arms,

Sinking into the ground,

Opening your chest,

Filling your heart with breath and release.

Breathe into your forearms,

Your wrists,

Your hands.

Breathe into your hands,

Breathe into your hands,

Breathe into your hands and release.

Breathe into your neck,

Your throat and your chin.

Breathe into your ears and the back of your head.

Breathe into your cheeks,

Your nose and your eyes and release.

Breathe into your eyebrows,

Temples,

Forehead,

Release and breathe into the top of your head and release.

Feel your breath gently moving your body as it inhales and exhales.

Feel as if you were water lapping up on a shore,

Gently moving with every breath.

Feel the warmth of the sun heating up the water surface,

Causing tiny droplets to rise into steam,

Vapor,

Rising,

Leaving the comfort of the water surface as it makes its way up,

Rising,

Rising,

Rising,

Water droplets rising and allow the body to relax with every breath as you rise higher and higher and higher,

Releasing any weight,

Rising and rising,

Higher,

More water droplets rising,

Rising,

Higher as you relax deeper and deeper and deeper.

Allow these droplets to form into a cloud moving through space and time,

Gently moving through space and time,

Floating beyond the boundaries of the mind and the body,

Just floating and floating,

Floating,

Floating.

Feeling so light.

And see as this cloud begins to condense,

Getting a little heavier,

More dense.

And feel the water droplets collecting,

Getting ready to fall into rain.

Feel the water droplets leave the comfort of the cloud making its way down to earth.

Feel it as it reaches the sand,

Breaking open an ecstasy.

Rain,

Rain falling on sand.

Rain falling on leaves.

Rain falling on trees.

Rain falling on the earth.

Falling,

Falling,

Falling.

You are on an island and you know every single inch of this island,

Every tree,

Every plant,

Every creature on this island is here for you.

This is your island of power.

Walk around the perimeter and explore the shore.

See where the sand touches the water.

Looking out over the horizon at the deep blue sea.

Walk through your island,

Touching trees,

Greeting the animals who know you,

Who love you.

Find an animal that calls to you.

Spend a moment looking into its eyes.

Take a deep breath in and listen to this animal and the message they have to give for you.

Take it in.

Say thank you and let it go back into the land,

To the trees.

Keep walking around your island and follow a path leading up,

Up a hill.

Keep walking,

Following this path up the hill until you reach a clearing where you see a well,

A brick well you approach.

You call out into the well and you hear your voice echo.

Whisper a request into this well and hear it echo with a response for you.

Drop an offering into this well.

Pull up a pail of water from the well and drink its nourishment.

Feel this water touch every part of you,

Refreshing,

Cleansing,

Renewing you.

Keep walking,

Leaving the well.

Continue to follow the path through the trees,

Following as the path twists through the trees until you reach a garden.

Observe the garden.

Enter the space.

This is your money garden,

Your abundance garden,

Your sufficiency garden.

Look around at the current state of this garden,

The types of plants,

How they're arranged.

Just observe and take in the atmosphere of your money garden.

Create a change,

Something you would like to do,

Something you'd like to change about your money garden and make this change now.

Find another aspect of the garden.

Something you'd like to take care of or nourish,

Change,

Adjust.

Do it now.

Feel yourself satisfied with the changes you've made.

And then keep walking to another part of the garden.

You see a passage,

A gate,

A small gate into another garden.

This is your future garden.

Walk through the gate and step into your future garden and take it in.

Observe what it looks like,

How it feels,

The atmosphere.

And draw your eye to something,

Something exciting,

And you approach it.

You take a piece of this with you,

Something from your future garden,

Placing it in your pocket and keep walking and walking and walking away from the garden down the path.

Then you walk to the tallest spot of your island where you can see everything.

Observe the expanse of your island.

All the trees,

The rocks,

And the landscape,

And the animals here for you.

Feel the sun beaming down on the island,

On your skin,

And you rise up into the sky,

Seeing your island from above.

Go around to any place you'd like to explore on this island and find your way,

Find your way into a cave.

Walk to this cave.

Walk into the cave.

This is your cave of shadows.

Take a piece of light inside your heart and shine it on the walls and observe what you see.

And bringing light all around to see what is in the shadows that need to be seen.

In this darkness,

You feel comfort.

In this darkness,

You feel trust.

In this darkness,

You feel your depths.

In this darkness,

You feel your power.

These caves run all throughout your island,

Reaching every part,

Supporting all the life.

Feel the roots of all the trees around you.

You feel the weight of the land.

You take a deep breath in and you breathe it out through the walls,

Filling the walls with your love and compassion.

And you walk out of this cave,

Back into the light,

Back to the water,

To the water's edge.

The water is so clear,

You can see right through.

You feel the sun again,

Heating the surface of the water as you rise into the sky.

Each breath,

You lift a little higher and higher and higher as you see your island from above,

Seeing all of its areas,

All the zones,

Every corner,

Under every rock,

Every creature.

And you rise into the sky above your island,

Surrounded by crystal clear water.

Now,

You admire the water surrounding your island and see it stretch clear blue water.

You see the fish swimming underneath.

As you rise higher,

You see more of the sea around your island.

You rise higher,

Seeing more of the sea and the crystal clear water around your island,

Your island of power,

A place you can always return to for safety,

For peace,

For comfort and joy.

This is your island.

Your inner island.

And you rise,

Seeing your small island now in the middle of the water.

And then you see other islands around,

Islands of your loved ones,

All around different shapes,

Different foliage,

Different animals.

And you rise,

Seeing all the islands around your island,

Islands of people you've known,

Islands of people you've lost,

Islands of people you've yet to meet,

Islands of people you may never meet.

Islands of your ancestors,

Islands of your descendants,

Islands in all directions,

In the crystal clear blue water between.

And you see from up here that all the islands are one landmass connected under the sea floor.

One,

One,

One.

All of the islands are one with the sea and the sky and your breath.

Breath,

Breath,

Breath,

Breath back into your body.

Feeling your hands and your toes,

Feeling your back,

Your spine,

Your abdomen,

Your hips and your neck and your head.

Feeling your body with your breath,

Feeling your power,

Feeling your light.

Your body is alive in every cell,

Ready for whatever comes next.
