You are held by the Cosmic Mother.
When the loving energy of the Cosmic Mother flows through us,
We open to the Source of all creation.
We tap into the Source of Love Herself.
We reopen ourselves to the nourishment of the cosmos.
Today we will go beyond the current space and time to connect with the Cosmic Mother.
As we start to arrive at this moment,
We start to breathe slowly and deeply.
We breathe in to the count of four.
Repeat for four and breathe out to the count of six.
Do this three more times on your own.

Let her your eyes closed.
After you are complete,
Continue breathing as you normally would,
Drawing your attention inward,
Noticing your breath flowing into your lungs,
Your pulse,
Your heart beating in your chest,
Tapping into the beat of life.
Here we start our journey to meet the Great Cosmic Mother.
As we descend from our head to our heart,
You are invited to rest at the center of your heart.
In the center of your heart,
You see a glowing speck of light.
It's the beginning of all life,
Illuminating as a grain of sand,
A brilliant light at the center of your heart.
This light continues to grow,
Slowly building in size and luminance,
Radiating through all the chambers of your heart.
This subtle warmth enveloping you.
As the light and glow grow,
You see a figure appearing from that glow,
The Great Cosmic Mother emerging from the light in your heart.
Whichever way she reveals herself to you is perfect.
Take in her radiance,
Her pure,
Endless love emanating forth.
She holds open her arms to hold you,
To hold all of you,
To welcome you back home,
To welcome her child into her loving embrace.
Take a deep breath and notice,
Are there any blocks to this love?
Are there any questions or doubts in your mind,
Any blocked areas of your body?
Breathe into any stuck areas or blocks and trust that the Cosmic Mother can hold you,
And heal all wounds if you can release them.
The Cosmic Mother is endlessly patient and kind.
She will always wait for you to be ready,
For you are her child,
And you are always under her care.
After letting go of any blocks or stuck feelings,
Let her magnetic radiance pull you toward her.
Allow yourself to be loved fully,
Deeply,
Completely.
Breathing as you allow yourself to go toward her and be held.
Be truly held.
In body,
Mind,
Emotion,
Spirit,
Surrender to this love.
Trust this love.
Let this love heal anything that needs to be healed.
Ask the Great Cosmic Mother to hold anything you need help to hold.
Allow yourself to be held in every way as her light and love envelop you,
Protect you,
And guide you.
See a babe in arms,
Suckle at the breast of the universe,
Drink the milk of the cosmos,
Nourishing you with her endless,
Timeless love.
See this cosmic milk illuminating your veins,
Nourishing your system,
Healing you at a cellular level.
Allowing,
Allowing yourself to be held as you never have before.
Every atom is held.
Every thought form is held.
Every feeling and emotion is held by the Great Cosmic Mother,
Who is always here,
Always ready to nourish you as her child.
Always here to hold you.
As we prepare to return to the external realm,
Ask the Great Cosmic Mother for a word,
Picture,
Color,
Or tone to help you remember her love,
To help you return here again and again.
