The magic you are looking for is already within you.
Hello everyone,
This is Saivya.
I invite you to take the next few minutes just for yourself.
A gentle guided meditation to help you release stress,
Soften anxiety and return to your calm within.
Close your eyes,
Let's begin with the breath.
Take a slow deep breath in and gently breathe out.
Again,
Breathe in deeply and slowly exhale.
One more time,
Inhale and exhale.
To gently break the cycle of stress and anxiety,
We begin by becoming aware of it.
Settle into your body,
Feel your inner presence,
Observe your body without judgment.
Allow your thoughts to pass like leaves floating on water.
Notice what may be causing your anxiety,
Simply observe it.
It is only a thought,
You are safe.
Now that you have acknowledged it,
Let's move forward.
Visualize a warm place,
Whatever feels natural and comforting to you.
Imagine the vastness of this place,
Feel its warmth surrounding you,
Let it hold you,
This is your space.
Your space to finally breathe,
Your space to gently let go.
Now,
Bring your thoughts back into awareness and release them one by one like paper planes floating softly into the distance.
Watch them fly away,
Smile gently as you let them go,
They no longer need to stay,
Be grateful for them,
They were with you for a long time.
Take your time,
Now return to yourself,
Feel your inner body,
Notice this presence within you,
This is you,
The real you,
Thoughts are only clouds passing through the sky and you are the vast sky itself,
Rest in that feeling.
Past and future do not exist in this moment,
Only now exists,
Only your presence.
Slowly begin to bring awareness back to your physical body,
Feel each part of your body gently,
Be mindful as you reconnect,
You are safe,
And when you are ready,
Softly open your eyes.
Take a moment to feel gratitude for your body,
The home that carries you every day,
And thank yourself for taking this time for you.
Thank you for joining me,
I hope this session brought you a sense of calm,
I look forward to seeing you in the next one,
Namaste.
