Hello and thank you for joining me.

I created this meditation for times when there seems to be just too much going on,

Both outside of ourselves and in our heads.

Right now it's a difficult time for everyone.

So let's take a break together.

Start by finding a comfortable position.

You can be lying down,

Sitting or standing.

Make any other adjustments you need so you're comfortable as possible.

We'll start by taking a couple breaths.

Breathe in.

Feel your belly.

And out.

In.

And out.

One more.

In.

And out.

So I'm going to repeat some mantras.

And I want you to repeat them back to yourself,

Either in your head or out loud.

And when you do this,

Try to pay attention to how that statement makes your body feel.

Let's begin.

I am safe and secure,

Even in the unknown.

I am solely in control of myself.

I make my own decisions.

Many people I love validate me.

Everyone has their own reality and experience.

Everyone is doing their best.

Many people I love respect me.

I am surrounded by people who love me and I am never alone.

Everyone and everything is connected.

People are becoming more enlightened.

It's okay to not know the answers and follow my own intuition.

There is nothing to lose except things that no longer serve me.

Stop here for a second and just see if your body is feeling any different.

Are you feeling any lighter,

Grounded,

Or relaxed?

I'm going to go a couple more times.
