Your Sacred Throne.
Begin by settling into a comfortable position.
Connect with your breath as it breathes nutrients and life into you.
Deepen your breath,
Allowing each inhale to fill you completely,
And each exhale to release any stagnant air from your lungs.
Close down your eyes,
Taking a deep breath,
And begin to notice the energy of the earth.
She is so eager to play with you,
To support you.
Feel her magnetic pull beneath you,
Inviting you to ground yourself into her steady ancient energy.
From the base of your spine,
Visualize these golden roots extending deep into the earth.
Let these roots grow thick and strong,
Anchoring you and connecting you to the earth's core.
Now take a deep breath,
And as you exhale,
Release any energy that isn't yours to carry.
Breathing out anything that is heavy,
Stagnant,
Or foreign,
And let your breath move this energy down through your body and into the roots.
Taking another deep breath here,
And scanning the energy field that is around your body.
Just notice if there are any pockets of tension,
Worry,
Or scattered energy.
And with your next exhale,
Let your breath sweep through your entire field,
Gathering up anything that feels unclear or cloudy,
And release it down into the earth through your roots.
And now you feel the earth's energy pulsing,
Humming,

Letting your muscles melt,
Feeling completely connected and held by the earth beneath you,
Breathing in clear,
