Like chicken soup in a song.
And mashed potatoes in a poem.
Dear Child,
Dear Beloved One,
I know that you are brave.
And I know that you sometimes feel unsure and you seek the sense of safety and trust.
Be brave,
My dear,
And break the shell.
Because you know what?
You have it all inside of you.
And Everything within you is longing to come out into the world to explore and then over and over again to return again to yourself,
To your heart,
To your center.
Center yourself.
And hold yourself dear.
You can hold my hand if it helps you.
Even though I know It's actually not necessary because you are so brave and so strong and I see you in your wholeness,
My dear.
And everything you need to know is within your heart.
When you find that safety in yourself and the trust in yourself and the trust in your body and your inner wisdom.
That is the whispers from your soul and you perceive them with all your senses.
Then you follow.
Your inner guidance,
And you follow the sun.
Into the wild.
And you trust the process of life.
You will go to inner darkness.
And walk until you find the light again,
A rebirth.
You find that I am.
Within you.
I am.
And the loving within you,
The loving of yourself,
The part that says,
I am love because you are.
And there's so much strength,
Courage and wisdom within you.
And when you realize this,
And you start to notice the beauty that is all around you.
You also realize that life is good.
Despite all the crazy chaos,
Life is good.
And it's a delight to be here because one of the reasons we are here is probably to experience all the chaos and all of the vast range of emotions that the human heart can feel and experience.
Wow,
What a thing to wrap our heads around,
Right?
To realize I am light and I am also matter.
You are a child of the light.
You are worthy.
You are the breath of life.
And your heart is your anchor.
As well as your breath and your feet on the earth.
Feel your souls.
Touch the soil,
Connect with your soul.
And then as you grow,
You evolve and you start shedding skin.
And you Feel.
The hurt and the blame,
The sadness and the rage,
The anger.
There's a spare,
All of it,
All of it,
All of it.
And eventually you might find your way with curiosity again.
And then to.
.
.
Slowly tap into forgiveness.
To forgive yourself,
To forgive the others,
Those who hurt you and those who didn't show up.
And those who left without a word of goodbye.
You begin to forgive.
You begin to recite the Hoponopono prayer.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you,
I love you.
And you say this in your heart to yourself even more so than you say it to the others.
And you can also imagine the higher self of the other person connecting with you through your higher self and that you say this prayer to one another.
It's not something you have to do with the person face to face.
You can,
Of course,
If that's safe for you,
But it's not necessary.
The work you do within is so powerful and you recite the words over and over until they really,
Truly land within you.
And you can expand on them also,
And you can play around.
In what order you say them.
I love you,
I'm sorry.
Thank you for what you taught me.
Thank you for what you showed me and what I learned about myself through that experience.
I love you for the soul that you are and I forgive you.
I forgive your soul and I forgive the human that didn't know better.
And I forgive myself for holding on to all the hurtful memories in such a hurtful way that only burdened myself.
I forgive myself.
And this way.
.
.
You free yourself and you can reconnect again and again with yourself and raise your voice.
And begin a new day.
And take it slow.
Take it slow.
And remember.
.
.
That you are always connected with your soul.
I am blessed.
I am connected.
I am love.
And so are you.
You are blessed.
You are connected.
You are love.
So this life,
This dream that we all dream and live together.
We get to choose and decide and we get to co-create.
How the story goes.
And the old stories of our lives.
We get to empower ourselves and we are the narrator who tells the story and we also get to tell how the story goes.
But maybe one day you will look back.
And you will say,
I survived that and I learned this.
And I went on and I brought my wisdom into the world or whatever your story is.
And then you can also always Simply let it be something just for you.
Not everything has to be shared.
Trust what you know is true for you.
And remember why you came here.
Because your gifts are needed in this world.
So trust your gifts.
And it's often the things that seem so easy or not important for you maybe,
That is really something special because That's your gift and it might not be at all as easy for someone else.
So allow yourself to explore.
Wild,
Sweet,
Beloved,
Dear one.
And remember we are rising all over the world.
We're rising from the heavy burdens.
Of the past,
Of past generations,
We are healing old wounds,
We are rewriting old belief systems no longer helpful and all of these old thoughts that kept us small.
Enough is enough.
It's time to get rooted and steady within ourselves.
Find the inner peace because what we need is that what we first give ourselves.
And then we can give it to others,
And then we can also receive it from others.
So give yourself that love,
That compassion,
Listening.
Trusting.
And have so much grace and mercy on yourself,
So much loving kindness.
As you become more and more yourself along this journey.
And remember that you are always enough.
You are enough when you rest.
You are enough when you sleep.
You are enough on the days when you feel completely lost and unproductive.
You are enough.
You are worthy.
And everything that you experience is valid and when you feel tired then that's your body talking to you and your soul and it says hey either course correct or put in a pause because you're not here to burn yourself out.
That's not the meaning of it all.
We're here to experience.
And it might be an experience that your soul and you are craving.
I speak from my experience here because it brought me to greater insights along my way.
So maybe that's your story too.
And I simply want to remind you that you are always worthy and enough.
And you are allowed to give yourself permission to rest guilt-free.
Truthfully.
Walking your purpose and walking with your heart open because nothing in the world is worth closing your heart over.
An open heart is at the center of well-being.
I believe.
And I believe that's where true connection can really,
Really blossom.
Both with ourself and others.
So now let it breathe,
Relax,
Let it all settle and land and feel into what feels true for you.
Between the sun and the moon,
The earth.
The oceans,
The universe.
Trust that your soul and your heart know the way back home to you.
Tier 1.
I wish you all the best.
May you be well.
May you feel held with love and kindness.
And gratitude.
Namaste.
The light in me sees and acknowledges the light in you.
And the struggling parts in me sees and acknowledges the struggling parts in you.
Remember that you are already whole and always worthy.
Be well.
Now be well.
Be well.
