I am a movement practitioner, teaching artist, and creative guide passionate about helping others reconnect to their bodies, imagination, and inner rhythm. Rooted in the belief that the body holds the wisdom of the spirit, my work invites others to move with presence, curiosity, and creative expression. A graduate of The University of the Arts (BFA, Theatre Arts), with continued training at The Actors Movement Studio in New York and Headlong Performance Institute, specializing in physical theatre, devising, and ensemble work. My experience spans both performance and education, having taught movement at The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts and NY Teen Shakespeare Intensive. I like to draw my teaching from techniques such as Michael Chekhov, Viewpoints, Mindfulness, movement meditation and play and blending them with my own poetic approach to embodiment.
