Letting Go Meditation

I learned this technique from my meditation teacher Davidji. It is my go-to meditation when I am stuck in an overthinking or overanalyzing loop. It is a simple meditation to quiet the mind and let go of thoughts. It is my hope that this mediation helps clear your mind and brings you back to your center.
