Hello and welcome to this self-love meditation.
To begin,
Make yourself comfortable,
You can sit or lie down and just begin to let your body relax.
Take a slow deep breath in through your nose,
Letting the tension in your body gather with your breath and hold.
And release out through your mouth with a sigh,
Letting all the tension flow out with your breath.
Take another deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your belly as much as possible and hold.
And release out through your mouth with a sigh,
Letting it all go.
Let your breath return to its natural rhythm.
Let your body relax even more.
Get as comfortable as possible.
Put away everything that has brought you to this point in your day,
Just for the next few minutes.
Everything you need resides in this space.
Now place a hand on your heart.
Breathe into your heart space.
With each breath,
Feel your heart expand.
Feel the warmth of your heart fill your whole body.
Tell yourself silently or out loud,
I love you,
And say your name.
I love you so much.
Feel the love you have for yourself filling up your whole body.
Picture yourself as a small child and send love to that child.
Feel the love from your heart expand past your physical body and fill up your energetic body.
Repeat to yourself like a mantra,
I love you.
Keep breathing into your heart.
Feel how expansive it can be,
How open.
Now take another deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your belly as much as possible.
And let it go out through your mouth with a sigh.
Send yourself some gratitude for taking the time to be with yourself today.
