Hello,
I'm feeling called to share some light language for the heart chakra using a crystal bowl.
It's a 5-8 Hz Solfeggio crystal bowl.
You can look up the frequency if you would like to delve deeper into that.
And while you receive the light language,
Inviting you to imagine,
To see,
Sense or feel a beautiful green light just surrounding the heart space.
And as you breathe in,
Just imagining that you're replenishing and nurturing and giving light and giving energy and vitality and love to the heart space using this green light.
And as you breathe out,
Just imagining black smoke leaving the body and there's no need to force a breath or try to caress it or control it,
Just let the breath be natural.
You can receive it either lying down or in a seated meditation position.
So yeah,
If you're ready to receive then off we go.
And it's a medicine for anybody who is feeling a heavy heart,
Anybody who is moving through grief,
Grief in their own personal life or grief at what we are witnessing in the world.
And yeah,
To just really support our beautiful heart spaces and to provide them with the energy that they need.
So inviting you to close down the eyes if you haven't already and just beginning to take a few deep breaths into the body.
Breathing in your fullest breath in through the nose if that's available,
Maybe sighing anything out through the out breath.
And then just taking a few deep relaxing breaths,
Breathing in through the nose and out through the nose at your own pace.
And just arriving in the space,
Arriving here with yourself ready to receive and receiving these codes of support from the universe.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Just remembering the visualization I invited in at the beginning of the journey.
Breathing in a beautiful green light into the heart space.
And allowing this light to spiral around the heart space,
Clearing it of any debris,
Clearing it of any energy that doesn't belong to it,
Of any unserving energy that's ready to be released.
Green light moving into the body and the heart space with the in breath.
Black smoke leaving the body with the out breath.
And just arriving in the space,
Arriving here with yourself ready to receive and receiving these final codes of support.
Yeah.
Those codes to land.
Maybe continuing to breathe some deep breaths into the body.
Just noticing if your energy,
If your self feels any different to when you arrived to do this short receiving of energy.
And gently,
Gently in your own time knowing that there's no rush,
Allowing yourself to come back super slowly or you're very welcome to remain in this space.
