Ten Minute Talk - Life As Meditation

The cosmos isn't "meditative" or "non-meditative", "spiritual" or "non-spiritual". It just is. Why do we then insist on splitting up our lives into "meditative" and "non-meditative" moments? When we unnecessarily segment our lives into spiritual and non-spiritual moments, we fail to see the sacredness and divinity that lurks behind every single experience. This is unfortunate, for the holiness of experience is unaffected by whether the experience arises within or outside of formal meditation.
