Noticing any frequencies of density or tension or tightness.
Any thought patterns that have arisen,
They will play in the mind and then in a frequency or a sensation in the body.
So just as you expand your lungs,
Notice what is happening in your body and the space around your body,
Feeling that space of your beating heart.
We come united now for the purposes of healing.
We call in the enlightened forces and surround this session and anyone who hears it or participates with divine source,
Zero point light energy,
And we create a protective encasement 300 yards times three out and all things that happen in this space are protected and divine.
