The Illumination Game: Introduction

I believe in the rightness within all humans. And that we have come here to connect in this strength together, as humanity. The Illumination Game is a channeled guidance system into the innate wisdom and strength of rightness within yourself.

Everything you do generates energy, in every moment. You will learn how to understand and work with your energy, the energies of this world and how you relate to it.

Once your energy has cleared enough, the light of your soul will fill in and embody into yourself, your life and this world.

That’s “The Illumination Game” you have come here to play.

Hello everybody.

My name is Britta Dubels and I am your host.

And I would like to welcome you to this introduction of my weekly podcast,

The Illumination Game.

I want to share a little bit of information about myself.

I was born and raised in the north of Germany,

And I was born a clear cognizant.

And so what that means is that I see,

Feel,

Hear,

Sense,

And know information from source very deeply.

I channel light guidance and I see in form of energy,

Light frequency and vibration.

I have memory of myself standing in my crib when I'm one and having a full blown conversation with source,

God consciousness,

Higher guidance,

Whatever we want to call it.

And I remember having this telepathic back and forth exchange.

And it wasn't weird.

There was no wonder in my mind about it.

It was the most natural,

Most normal,

Most comfortable experience.

And when I was five,

That's when my sight opened up.

And that's when I began to see spirit and energy.

I began to see the dynamics between people,

How there is an energy exchange and it can result in disempowerment or empowerment and how we give and we take energy from each other.

And I also became aware of the grid.

There is a grid interconnecting us all into oneness,

But also within the grid,

There is potential,

There is possibility,

It's light.

And so this is all part of what I work with.

And today I have placed my innate gifts into modalities,

Such as hypnotherapy,

Imagery master,

Reiki master,

Soul communicator and light channel.

I am also a Viking shaman by lineage.

I was a high priestess and Viking shaman and other lifetimes.

And so I draw upon that memory,

Those abilities,

As well as my ancestors.

They helped me with the work every day.

And today I work with clients from around the world as a healer and some call me their spiritual tuning fork,

Spiritual teacher or spiritual coach.

I do not belong to any religion or belief group,

But I do honor them all.

Nor am I myself a religion or belief group.

The way I came to this country was when I was 17,

I won a modeling contest on TV.

And Eileen Ford from the Ford model agency,

She found me and she invited me to come to New York and stay with her and her daughter,

Katie.

And so I did,

And I fell in love with America and I've been living here ever since.

And so the modeling days were really the counterbalance to everything I had known when I was small,

When I was little.

The modeling years were really about running away.

I didn't want it.

I didn't want anything to do with it.

I was just about me,

Myself and I and ego and experiencing and living large.

And so those years were very,

Very important for me on a soul level to experience those late years,

Because later on,

As I went about my schooling and I went about my own healing,

I learned so much about energy and patterns and ego and how we form identities.

But we will get to all of that in other episodes.

From here,

Let's come back to the illumination game.

And the subtitle is Spirituality Made Easy.

Some people really struggle with the concept of spirituality.

People think it belongs to religion or it belongs back in the sixties when everybody had their head up on the clouds and nobody is really dealing with life.

And so my mission is to normalize this concept of spirituality for you.

And for me,

It's not about leaving the body,

Levitating,

Living life,

Wearing rose colored glasses.

I'm not playing into the addiction to positivity,

Which seems to be the spiritual trend these days either.

For me,

It's about seeing everything,

Seeing everything clearly.

Good,

Bad,

Ugly.

We must see everything.

It's not just only focusing on what's good and it's not just only focusing on what's bad.

Everything is a part of the growth and learning material that life is.

And so to me,

Spirituality is about being real.

It's about being here in this earthly experience,

Fully present and working with it from a place of clarity.

And we will address the mental states,

The emotional states,

How to balance yourself and your life,

The pitfalls,

The traps,

The misperceptions,

The temptations,

The addictions.

We will address it all.

And you will see how spirituality really translates very easily into life,

Into everything that we will address.

It's not rocket science.

It's not hard.

It's easy.

It's simple.

It's not meant to be hard.

And it really truly does place you into the position of authentic empowerment.

And it's important because let's be honest,

Life is challenging.

It's challenging enough as it is.

Spirituality or taking a spiritual path or working with spiritual awareness,

It will not protect you from life.

Things will happen.

We're still in the earthly experience and so we will feel hurt and loss and pain.

And so these are all normal aspects to being human.

Sometimes clients come to me and they're like,

Oh,

But I'm doing all this work.

And now my manifestations,

How come this hasn't manifested yet?

And how come I still haven't found my love yet?

And how come blah,

Blah,

Blah.

And you know,

It's not going to do that for you.

It will not protect you from life.

It will not protect you from challenges.

And this is very,

Very important for you to understand.

But spirituality and getting into your rightness and understanding how to work with life will put you into a place of empowerment and it will make life easier.

And the challenges are meant to come so that you can learn where you're still holding attachments,

Where you're still her holding old belief patterns,

Where you're still you know,

Living in old energy of fear,

For example.

So challenges are a part of the earthly experience.

You've signed up for them.

They're part of the deal.

But again,

But the beautiful,

But the tools that you will receive will help you deal with,

Work with,

Understand from a place of empowerment,

Life and the challenges.

And it will change the way you feel in moments of challenge.

Big difference between hurt and suffering,

But that's yet again,

Another episode.

Spirituality from its highest perspective is yes,

We are one.

We are definitely all one.

And the light always wins.

Yes,

Because the light is the essence of everything in existence.

And all is well,

Even though this planet is looking pretty meek and dark at times,

All is well,

It's all part of the process of the souls that are here,

Learning and growing and evolving.

But you,

The soul that you are,

Right?

There's passion in you.

There's conviction in you,

And there's a fire that burns within your soul.

There's a rightness within you.

And this rightness is unmistakable.

And this rightness will never steer you wrong.

And this fire cares about rightness.

This fire fuels passion and conviction.

It makes us care about the wellness of our earth.

This fire,

This rightness,

It treats other beings,

The ones that are voiceless,

The ones that are helpless with compassion and care.

And this fire is here to bring rightness to this world.

Things matter.

Lives matter.

Integrity matters.

Rightness matters.

Integrity is not about detachment and not caring and not feeling and not being a part of the change.

No,

This matters.

It all matters.

And your lightness is your rightness.

And I believe in humanity and that everybody has this rightness.

Maybe not everybody is listening to it at this time yet,

But eventually everybody will get to it.

And so this is where we're coming to the ultimate goal of this podcast,

Which is your light.

You in your essence,

Within the fire of your soul,

Within your rightness,

You are light.

And so for you to understand your light and to form a relationship with it,

We're going to be working on the human aspects first.

But let me just get into the light a little bit so you can understand what the goal is and where it's even coming from.

So imagine,

Look at your body,

Look at your entire body,

The entire size of your body.

So imagine that this is the size of your soul.

And then look at the teeny tiny tip of your pinky finger.

And this tiny teeny fraction of the size of your body,

This is the part of your soul that incarnated into your body.

So that's a teeny tiny fraction,

Right?

The rest of your body is the vastness of your soul.

And your soul extends all the way into source into God consciousness on the highest levels,

You the soul that you are,

You are one with God consciousness.

And up there in the highest parts of your soul,

There's your light,

Your light and it moves through the soul that you are down into the teeny tiny tip of your pinky finger that's in your body.

So you have the ability and you have access to light to God consciousness to the vastness of yourself as creator.

And that's the ultimate goal of every soul's journey and this podcast is for you to bring in more of your light.

It's not about leaving the body.

It's not about going anywhere other than staying here deeply grounded into this earthly experience,

So that you can bring in your light.

And so within your light,

There is information,

There's guidance,

There's co creation.

And that's where your power that's where your strength,

Your fire,

Your passion,

Your conviction,

Your rightness comes from.

It's all from within you.

And so the illumination game is based on the premise of modern science,

Such as quantum physics and quantum mechanics,

That everything here on earth is energy.

And yes,

I see in form of energy and yes,

I see the energy in the light.

It's true.

And not only are you energy,

But everything here is energy,

Down to the atoms down to the nucleus that make up your biology,

You are energy.

So is everybody and everything.

Now imagine the soul that you are.

You've entered this body and you're here on earth.

And this is really a dream.

It's a dream and you are the dreamer.

It's all an illusion.

So just let that sink in for a second.

And yes,

You chose your body,

You chose your birth time,

You chose your birthplace,

You chose your parents,

And you chose all challenges and all blessings that you as the soul wanted to experience here,

Playing human.

And before being born into your human experience,

You gave permission for amnesia,

So that you would not remember who you really are.

You would not remember that you are this vast being until of course you would awaken.

And that's really what is happening here on earth.

We're evolving.

We are changing this paradigm.

Earth is really going through a very big massive awakening process.

And so as earth is evolving,

The humans that we are,

We all have to evolve.

It is inevitable.

And so that's really magical and really beautiful.

And in the end,

We are all now coming into a time where we're beginning to awaken to who we really are,

That we are the dreamers within this dream,

And that we are all one and we are all here to work together and to draw upon our light.

And energy,

Let's get back to energy.

Energy is your currency to work with here on earth.

Everything is energy,

Remember.

And so everything you do,

Every thought,

Every word,

Every action,

Everything you choose or not choose generates energy.

So you generate your own energy all the time.

And this is important for you to know,

Because that's what we're going to be working with.

Primarily,

We're going to be focusing on to the earthly aspect of you and your energy.

And so go ahead and I invite you to extend your arms and go ahead and reach your arms out to the sides.

And you can swing them around a little bit.

And so the space that you're covering with the length of your arms,

This is your aura.

And the aura is an energy field that is yours.

And so within your aura,

You hold your energy patterns.

And you have probably felt other people's aura,

Other people's energy.

So when you come across a person that you really like,

And you love their energy,

You're feeling their energy.

Or when you come across a person where the energy doesn't feel so good,

And you're,

Oh,

I needed to get away,

You walk into a place where the energy is creeping you out.

And most people feel energy.

Just not everybody really pays attention to it.

We don't give it another thought,

Oftentimes,

Because people are afraid of it.

But truly,

This energy space is yours to work with and to shine in and to bring your light into,

Hence the illumination game.

And so I want to give you an example of what I mean.

So let's say you are afraid to say no.

Why?

For example,

We're just playing.

So let's say you're afraid to say no,

Maybe because you are a people pleaser,

Or maybe because you're too insecure,

Or maybe because you have low levels of self esteem.

People being afraid to say no,

It's a very common pattern.

And let's say somebody asks you to do something.

And whatever it is that they're asking you to do,

Whoo,

You don't like it.

It doesn't sit right with you.

You really don't want to do it.

But because you're afraid because of your fear,

You say yes,

You go ahead and you do it and you go against yourself,

Your rightness,

Maybe even against your moral compass.

Guess what happens?

Your energy is going to get dense.

In this moment,

When you're going against your rightness,

When you're going against yourself,

You are generating density,

And you're disempowering yourself,

You are losing energy.

And on the physical level,

You are strengthening these negative patterns within your neural wiring of your brain within your chemical production within your soul's memory.

So this is all going to become clearer and clearer to you as we go on.

But let me just finish this example.

So just imagine that you stand up for yourself,

And you bring up the courage to say no,

No,

No,

Not doing it or no,

I'm sorry,

I won't have time or right,

You just say no.

And you honor yourself and you honor your rightness and you honor your moral compass.

Guess what happens?

You generate lightness and you generate easy and beautiful,

Graceful flow within your energy.

And you are empowering yourself and you will almost immediately feel the moment you said no,

Sorry,

Not doing it,

You will feel strength,

You will feel stronger in yourself.

And you are forming on the physical level,

Positive,

Empowering patterns on the neural wiring level of your brain,

Chemical production,

Cellular memory,

So everything you do matters.

And yeah,

So that's the illumination game right here,

Right?

It's all about you learning to take responsibility for your energy so that it becomes clearer and more beautifully flowing and stronger and light is able to fill in and your energy is balancing and the result is in our sense of freedom,

Empowerment,

Clarity,

Connection to yourself.

The benefits go on and on and on and they will become more apparent to you and very quickly.

Balanced flowing,

Clear energy is going to be noticeable almost immediately and ultimately the more you illuminate,

The freer you will become from the energy of the earthly illusion of the dream so that you are the dreamer and you are aware of it all being an illusion and it's yours to work with,

It's yours to play with and have fun with.

Yes,

But you're not meant to wrap your identity,

You're not meant to wrap your worth around money or status or a relationship,

Right?

Those are all experiences to work with and to learn from about yourself,

Right?

So money isn't bad,

Money is energy.

People have made it bad because of their attachments to it,

Because of greed,

Because of manipulation.

Money is a good thing.

All earthly experiences are valuable and good as long as they are in perspective,

As long as they are in balance,

As long as there is no need or attachment to any of it because you are self-contained in your energy and your empowerment and your self-worth in your inner freedom and beautiful light flow.

And so there is one more thing that I do want to share with you quickly and this is a real thing.

Here on earth there is darkness and so again some people don't want to know about it.

Often spiritualists are like,

Oh don't talk about it,

Don't say it,

Don't mention it,

Then you give it energy,

You give it power.

No.

We have to see it all.

We have to be aware of where it shows up,

Of how it works because earth is still like a war zone.

Anything goes and this is not meant to scare you,

This is meant to educate you.

And so basically we are living in a Star Wars experience except for that most people can't see entities or possessions or dark consciousness and then again most people can't see light or energy either but you will begin to detect it,

You will begin to feel it and sense it the more you are present and centered and connected with yourself.

And this is important because what I can tell you is that I remove entities,

Low vibrational energies,

Attachments or the occasional possession from clients on a regular basis.

And these possessions and these attachments and these entities that get in when people have fears and attachments to money and status and use manipulation to get what they want.

So this is when negativity and darkness gets in.

And this is becoming very important for everybody and for you to become aware of especially as we're ascending,

Especially as you're illuminating because your light is your protection and your light is your power.

And you can only be the best that you have come here to be especially with the evolution and ascension that's happening when you're in your light.

Your light is everything you need and want.

And you have come here to choose your light over the illusion of the dream and the fears and the doubts and the worries and the addictions and the reactions and the judgments and limitations and temptations and shutdowns and whatnot.

None of it is who you are.

None of it is just earthly conditioning.

It's just earthly illusion patterning that has been programmed into you and it's time to reprogram it.

And so your energy which most likely holds all density and fear based patterns is yours to transform and illuminate by playing human.

And so don't worry,

Everybody has these old patterns.

That's why we are all here.

And that's why we're going to be spending much,

Much,

Much time on addressing your earthly and human self.

Before we get to your light,

Before we get to you learning to work with your light,

You will learn many tools and you will learn how to become more present to yourself.

And this will increase your self awareness of your patterns,

The emotional,

The mental,

The choice,

The reaction,

The addiction,

The suffering patterns in order for you to change them.

In order for you to take charge so that you may feel strong and authentically empowered and loving and appreciating your life.

All of it.

The ups,

The downs,

The blessings,

Challenges,

All of it because it's all just a dream.

Yet it matters on how you perceive it because that will bring in your light and strengthen you even more.

And this is when the magic happens.

When you are illuminating,

You will co-create with light.

You will co-create with your own light.

You will co-create with the light in other people and you will have the light which orchestrates everything here.

Bring to you opportunities,

Situations,

Encounters that will boost your passion,

That fire,

That fire in your soul,

That rightness,

That flame,

That conviction,

That passion.

That's when you're going to let it loose and that's when you're going to thrive and feel empowered in the choices that you are making for yourself.

Good.
