Welcome to the practice of the highest self guided visualization to help you connect to a deeper place of clarity creation and space for yourself.

To allow yourself to receive information from your inner space,

Your inner resource connecting you to your highest self and connection with oneness.

Find yourself a comfortable position either lying down with your spine straight or seated in lotus position wherever is going to allow you to sink deep and completely relax.

To begin bring your awareness to your belly and notice the rise and fall of each inhale and exhale.

See if you can soften on each round of breath.

You might like to release any tension sitting in the forehead any tension in the scalp now is the time to let it go.

Any tension through the shoulders in the neck in between the shoulder blades can you let go and soften from this space?

Can you soften here?

Is there any tension or density around the stomach region?

Around the lower belly,

Pelvis region?

Can you soften here?

Letting go of any density or debris?

Noticing how it feels to let go completely in this area.

We often have a tendency to store a lot of our stress in this lower belly region.

Just noticing if there's anything leaving the body here.

Continuing to breathe into the belly we're just going to move through some counted breathing so taking a deep inhale and exhale releasing all the air out and breathing in together two and three holding one two three and release one two three and hold one two three inhale one two three hold one two three release one two three inhale one two three hold one two three and release one two and three letting go of the counted breathing letting go completely and just bringing to mind a place in nature that makes you feel most content it might be a place you've been to before familiar garden or it might be a brand new place somewhere you've never been before you might like to create or curate a garden a landscape a place that makes you feel most free and comfortable and arriving completely in this space look down and notice your feet touching the grass the earth the soil beneath you and just noticing your feet wiggling your toes on the grass just really grounding into that garden and space around you and as you begin to walk through this garden taking one step after the next move through and admire your surroundings and just taking a moment to see the trees and looking up at the sky above and just noticing how it makes you feel to be in this expansive space noticing how you feel in your body and as you continue to walk through this place of nature you notice ahead of you a big hole clearing in the ground before you as you approach this hole in the ground you notice a ladder that stretches deep down into the earth below as you begin to climb down the ladder taking one rung at a time you stretch down down down into the earth as you continue to climb it becomes darker and darker and the clearing up above becomes a tiny little speck of light in the distance finally you reach the very bottom of the hole in the cave as you start to walk through the cave you come to a clearing as you come to the end of the cave you stand and take in your surroundings you notice that it's the exact same garden you were in before except now everything is tinged with a golden glow a glowing sparkling radiant energy the grass sparkling in the sunlight trees are radiating a beautiful glowing energy and the flowers seem to be colored even brighter as you begin to walk through the garden once again you notice yourself picking up on this glowing energy you could feel it filtering through from your feet up your legs throughout the torso stretching out past the fingertips and past the skull this high vibration is healing your entire system allowing you to feel this emanating glow of your most radiant highest so you begin to walk through this new sparkly place in nature and as you do you notice up ahead a group of people having a picnic as you approach this group you notice that it's your favorite people your favorite friends and they're sharing a beautiful spread of your favorite food you couldn't be happier to see these people and as you approach even closer you see them inviting you to sit down and join them at their feast just noticing how it feels to be welcomed by these people noticing how it feels to be so accepted welcomed and greeted and most importantly just noticing who these people are who is it that feels the safest the most comforting warm people in your life and just noticing how they make you feel and how you feel showing up in your fullest presence and also take notice of what the food is that you're sharing amongst you your most favorite things so i'm just noticing how it makes you feel to be so at ease within this group of people so i'm collecting any more information from this scenario before greeting your friends goodbye and continuing along your path enjoying and taking in the magnificent views around you as the path stretches on and as you move through this expansive landscape you come across your home it might be the home you have now or it might be the home that you desire the most as you approach this home notice how it makes you feel to be returning back to this home and as you walk up to the front door just observe the front of the house and the door what it looks like and how it makes you feel as you open the door and step into the house take in what you see do you see your possessions do you see people and if so what people are they do you see pets do you see plants as you move from right one room to the next from kitchen to living room to bedroom and anything else you'd like to see in your home take in the joy of the moment take in the details and notice how it makes you feel to be completely relaxed here what is it you do here what is it that you create here who is it you spend most of your time with where do you relax and what do you do to relax are there any rituals or routines that you keep here and as you continue to move through the house putting on your favorite outfit and whilst doing this noticing how you feel getting into your most favorite outfit and what is it that you're wearing the outfit that represents your highest self and as you move back through the house and back out the front door taking any last pieces of information that you'd like to know and moving back out into the day back up into the expansive garden noticing how the sun on your face the wind in your hair makes you feel completely at ease with complete freedom as you make your way into the day you notice up ahead of you is your place of work this might like to be where you work right now or it might like to be a place that you'd like to work whatever allows you to feel the most highest authentic version of self your truest expression of work allowing you to fulfill your skills and expression as you approach your place of work notice what it looks like notice what it looks like what does it look like from the outside as you arrive opening the door and stepping in and noticing who's there noticing who's there what is the energy of this workplace noticing how you feel sitting down what is it that the work entails are you using your hands are you talking are you creating are you moving around are you moving outdoors allowing whatever wants to come through here to come through what is your highest form of work what makes you feel most in sync with your purpose what allows you to feel motivated driven and content as you let the hours pass notice how when it's time to go you still feel just as at ease as when you arrived and as you leave work and make your way back out into the day notice how it feels to leave work and step back into that space of freedom and contentment and as you make your way back along the path taking in the glorious birds you notice up ahead in the distance a golden chair sitting right next to an open lake a vast glimmering pool of water as you approach this chair you notice that the chair has been designed completely for you it even has your name on it and as you sit in this chair you sink completely into this space of comfort contentment and joy allowing it to take your weight fully allowing yourself to completely surrender to that moment letting everything fall away from your journey so far and allowing this chair to completely fill you up with this expansive high vibration pure light energy allowing it to clear away any old debris any self-limiting thoughts or patterns any old blocks and just asking your higher self here what is it you'd like me to let go of and asking your highest self here what is it that you would like me to do and asking your highest self here what is it that you would like me to do and lastly what is it that you would like me to see and just bringing your attention back down to your belly bringing gratitude for your experience of highest self and for any information you might have received on your journey taking a slow inhale and a slow exhale out and again slow inhale and slow exhale one more slow inhale and releasing all the air out you might like to place hand over your heart hand over your belly as you slowly adjust back into the room and when you're ready to come back you might like to write down anything that came through in your experience into your journal noting anything you'd like to take away with you today thank you and namaste
