Nice. I found a place and connected with my loved one. I had a hard time visualizing the mist, hot a little hung up on that. But once I let that idea go, I felt the presence of my late husband. It was a beautiful connection.

Not that it’s a bad thing, but I was literally brought to tears during this experience. I’ve been going through a difficult time. I was able to connect with my grandfather. Although he was somewhat of a cold man during my childhood, he was very supportive and encouraging towards my wanting to better myself. When I connected with him during this meditation, he told me to remember that I could reach him at any time whenever I needed to talk to him
