Sit with both feet on the floor to make sure you're grounded.
Hands rested gently in your lap and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.
And another deep breath in and a long breath out.
Now imagine a bubble or an object to surround you.
This bubble or object needs to surround your whole body.
So imagine yourself sat as you are but surrounded by something to protect you.
Nothing can get inside the bubble or the object.
You are completely protected from head to toe.
What does your bubble or object look like?
Does it have a colour?
How does it feel?
Is it soft to touch or hard?
Can you see through it?
Take a moment to imagine what your own protection,
Bubble or object looks like and feels like.
All the time breathing.
Slow your breath down.
Now imagine that something or somebody or a negative thought tries to come close to you.
It can't get through.
You are protected.
However you imagine this,
Things or people,
Voices,
Thoughts,
They're all on the outside.
They can't get through to you.
You are protected.
You are safe.
You are calm.
And have trust that you will be able to go through your day and have this protection for your happiness,
Wellbeing and positivity to be protected.
You will be able to deal with situations,
With anything that today throws at you,
In the knowledge that you will be protected,
Safe and calm.
Take another moment to sit in your bubble or your object and smile as you breathe.
And now I'm going to count from five to one.
And when I get to one,
You're going to open your eyes.
