Your thoughts can reprogramme the way your cells work with each other, loving thoughts can move you towards better health . This recording will help you to drop your unhelpful stories about your body and create new empowering ones to bring about healing. An example might be that you have injured a part of our body and you refer to it thereafter as 'my weak knee'. The effects of this recording are cumulative and can bring about a much better feeling place for your body to thrive in. At the end of this session you will be 'counted up to waking state'. Warning,

This is not to be listened to whilst you need your full conscious awareness such as driving and operating machinery.

Welcome to this healing session designed to change your relationship with your body forever,

To relearn how to love your body back to a deep wholeness.

This is designed to recommit to the sight of you that you may have abandoned or rejected because you judged it as bad or undesirable.

I'll give you an example,

If there's a part of your body that's been broken or badly injured,

Do you now label that part of your body as a bad leg or your dodgy knee or your weird elbow?

No doubt you've built up a story about that part of the body and moreover you've no doubt developed lots of stories about different parts of your body over the years,

Many of which may no longer even be true.

This hypnosis session will help you to drop your stories which cause separation and misalignment within your mind-body system and to reconnect you again to these parts of you with a deep reverence and love.

With consistency this session can bring about significant changes and shifts in your perception of your body and therefore create a much better feeling place for your body to thrive in.

As you relearn the innocence of loving your whole self freely and unconditionally there's a future possibility,

A possibility to choose love instead of self-judgment and to reconnect to your whole body as an elegant living ecosystem and to feel the flowing communication between each part naturally.

All you need to do is find a safe place to sit back,

Relax and enjoy the deepening sensations as your mind-body system can listen in peacefully.

If you do need to awaken at any point you'll be able to do so easily but for now if it's safe for you to do so you can make yourself comfortable now.

So I'd like you to relax into a comfortable position that will feel easy if you want to just relax deeply.

I want you to know that if you were to fall asleep or go deep inside yourself that your body would have the space,

Comfort and trust in the process to go really deep inside.

And you might now need to adjust your position as you can relax more easily.

And now I'd like you to take in a good long slow deep breath and hold it for a count of three.

And now slowly exhale and feel yourself relax a little bit more.

That's good.

And as you continue to slow your breathing and find comfort you can relax.

And if you haven't closed your eyes already I'd like you now to roll your eyes up,

Roll them up as high as you can as if you wanted to look inside your eyelids and hold.

And now you can let your eyelids float down,

Float down in your own time and maybe they feel heavy or tired and you can let them close firmly only as quickly as you can feel your face relax,

Your cheeks softening.

And maybe your jaw can release and feel heavy as you sink down,

Float down and move inside yourself to that place of deep comfort.

And as you continue to breathe slowly,

Rhythmically and deeply maybe you can listen to the sound of your breath as you relax even further.

And as you listen to the sound of my voice and notice your breathing deepening you can find even more comfort than you were feeling even just moments ago.

And maybe as you continue relaxing your shoulders can release any tension or stress that they may have been holding onto as you go deeper and deeper into your comfort.

And you might notice that one side of your body feels different to the other as you sink deeper into comfort.

I'd like you to enjoy these sensations and wonder how your muscles can release even further still as you go inside to a place of deep calm.

And you can allow this comfortable safe sensation to flow all the way down your arms and into your hands and out to the tips of your fingers as you relax even deeper.

Drifting,

Sinking,

Sinking further.

And now if you haven't already allow these sensations and feelings of comfort to go down through your whole body,

Down through your spine into your hips,

Down through your legs into your knees,

Your ankles and feet.

All the way down to the tips of your toes.

And I don't know if your unconscious mind is listening to every word I speak or whether your unconscious has drifted off.

All I know is that you can choose to safely relax even further still to just the right level of sleep for you at this time.

For this purpose of loving your body back to wholeness.

And as we're now ready to love our body back into wholeness,

I'd first like you to consider the miracle of your body.

Your body as an elegant,

Continuous ecosystem made up of billions of cells and bacteria in constant communication with each other,

Interacting,

Balancing and adapting to each other.

Your ecosystem is always listening to you and your thoughts and reacting and adapting because of your thoughts.

Your thoughts can reprogram the way your cells work with each other.

Breathing thoughts can move you towards better health and a clearer aligned ecosystem.

Our body parts can also carry and reflect the pressure of any trauma,

Shame,

Guilt,

Resentment or anger we feel towards ourselves and our environment.

And this can move us away from our alignment and towards dis-ease.

Like all ecosystems and community,

Sometimes misalignments occur as the ecosystem finds its own way to express itself and grow.

Given time,

Love and support,

Your body already knows its own answers and can heal miraculously without your conscious awareness.

So now I'd like you to imagine a part of your body that you have negative or worrying feelings about.

You probably have a list of things that you've had negative thoughts about and your cellular memory will remember every illness,

Hurt,

Slight and injury that you've ever had.

But for now I'd like you to invite that part of your body to come forward and speak.

If this part doesn't want to talk yet,

Ask your unconscious mind which part of the body would like to talk to you first.

In your imagination let them know that you're not here to judge,

But to listen and love and that it's safe for the body part to be honest with you.

They can convey their message to you through the medium of this meditation.

And you might be surprised how much quality information can come to you in just moments as this communication space is opened for you.

Ask them to share what they want you to know now.

And now you can thank that part of the body for their openness.

If necessary you might apologise for the story that you've had about this body part and for all your negativity towards it.

And when you're ready I'd like you to recreate a new empowering story about your developing and growing and strong relationship with this body part that feels good for both of you.

And ask your body if it's ready to be loved again and to allow the love back in.

And I'd like you to visualise and to feel your love reconnecting with that body part.

Visualise and feel the healing taking place between you,

Only as quickly as you can replace the story,

The old story with a new empowering narrative.

And notice how different this part looks and feels now.

And how different you look and feel in your mind's eye.

And you can thank and appreciate yourself for a really good job done there.

And as you've now absorbed this powerful message from your mind body system you might begin to wonder if you could heal all other parts of your mind body system.

After all if it's true for one part might it be true for the other parts of your system?

And now I'd like to ask your unconscious mind to recall all of the negative stories it might have heard all about your body and the body parts.

And this can happen in a moment as your unconscious mind can hold onto millions of bits of information every second.

Can it facilitate the reconnection of love between all your body parts through the medium of your dreams?

Is it possible that as each day passes you can replace old stories about your body with new hopeful loving and empowering stories to live by?

And with parts of your body that need more attention maybe you can now intuitively hear how the body would like you to support it.

That's good.

Well done.

So we're going to spin the feeling of unconditional love in our body from a past,

Present and future perspective now.

So I'd like the power of your unconscious mind to take you back to a time when you felt loved and you loved every cell of your mind body system.

And I don't know when this might have been when you experienced yourself as just perfect.

It might have been as a baby noticing your perfect toast for the first time or maybe in the womb or maybe from a different time when you were just in sync.

Just a time when you felt perfectly in tune with every cell in your exquisite body and you can go there now.

Feel the love.

Notice the sensations and notice the sounds you might have heard,

The colors and images that you might have seen.

An unconditional love,

The highest of personal regards where you sensed no dis-ease,

Only deep comfort and the relaxation of knowing that all was well in your body.

And I'd like you to linger in this feeling that you experienced in the past.

And if you're experiencing any sadness or negativity or hurt about feeling so good in the past or guilt or shame or anger,

I'd like you just to come out of your body and look down on that experience.

Look at it from a higher perspective and go up as high as you need to go so that when you look at yourself loving yourself,

You can experience that sense of deep,

Deep love and peace with none of the negativity at all.

That's good.

And if you feel comfortable to go back into your body,

Then please do so.

If you prefer to float above and look down and experience this miracle from height and from a distance perspective,

That's absolutely fine to do so.

But I'd like you to now bring this feeling forward to the present,

To now.

As if you have a tangible timeline from the past to the present and into the future.

So bring this feeling into your now.

And notice the sensations,

The sounds you might be hearing,

The colors and images that you see.

How you feel complete,

Unconditional love for every part of your body.

How does it feel when you've imagined that you can feel that you've made peace with each part of your body?

Do you notice your body talking to you?

Like every message that comes up and every insight.

And I'd like you now to imagine this feeling of perfection in your future body.

As if you've moved through an imaginary timeline into your future,

Maybe in six months time and notice the sensations,

The sounds you might be hearing,

The colors and images you see.

How you feel complete,

Unconditional love for every part of your body.

How do you feel in your body in the future?

Changes have occurred for you in your body from your present today.

What is your body telling you about the steps you took to feel so great in your future body?

And I'd like your unconscious mind now to remember all this good work you've done here today.

These feelings and messages and steps that you've taken and to encode them at a cellular level.

And I don't know how your cellular memory can choose to remember that all is love and all is well.

But you might notice that you can feel an enhanced level of wholeness.

And as we encode this new program,

Imagine repeating with me in your mind the following.

With this insight,

I can choose to move towards deep forgiveness,

Compassion and love.

And choose to let go of the stories I have.

Each time I become conscious of them.

With this insight,

I can choose to move towards deep forgiveness,

Compassion and love.

And choose to let go of the stories I have.

I am not my stories about my body.

I am not my stories about my body.

With each passing moment,

I remember that I am love.

With each passing moment,

I remember that I am love.

With each passing moment,

I forgive every cell in my body.

With each passing moment,

I forgive every cell in my body.

With each passing moment,

I love every cell in my body.

With each passing moment,

I love every cell in my body With each passing moment,

I communicate lovingly with every cell in my body With each passing moment,

I communicate lovingly with every cell in my body With each passing moment,

I connect with every cell in my body With each passing moment I connect with every cell in my body.

With each passing moment I can release any hurt,

Shame,

Guilt and anger safely through the medium of my dreams.

With each passing moment my body can release any hurt,

Shame,

Guilt and anger through the medium of my dreams.

And as I bask in this love I feel strong healing sensations and create new positive stories about my wholeness,

Health and vitality.

And as I leave you to dream and drift purposefully enjoying the soothing sounds you might find you can dream something affirming that allows your mind body system to find its own balance and allowance of this incredible work you've done here today.

Knowing that when you do awaken you can awaken naturally feeling relaxed,

Refreshed,

Appreciating yourself,

Feeling great and full of love,

With a feeling of connection and deep love for every cell in your body ready to enjoy more of life's great experiences.

And the next time you become conscious of a new story you have you can remember to love it like there's no tomorrow.

And in a moment it will be time to awaken and to awaken to your life from a fresher and more nourished mind body perspective.

But before you do awaken fully using the power of your conscious mind you can now allow each of your learnings today to increase in strength in a way that causes even greater levels of love,

Joy,

Forgiveness and compassion for yourself.

You can allow yourself now to increase the strength of each suggestion that you've decided to allow into your mind body system and you can power it up almost as if you were turning the volume up on your favourite audio device.

And you can turn up the strength of these suggestions now to the level that works for you only as quickly as you can easily and effortlessly feel good,

Refreshed and empowered in your body.

So take a moment to power up and wake up your mind connection now.

And as I count up from five to one you can start to wake up.

Five,

Feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Four,

Stirring,

Preparing to awaken.

Three,

Eager to appreciate yourself.

Two,

As you feel awake,

Refreshed,

Feeling great.

One,

Eyes open,

Wake up now.

Wide awake,

Feeling great,

Fully refreshed with a feeling of connection and deep love for every cell in your body.

Ready to enjoy more of life's great experiences.

And the next time you become conscious of a new story you have you can remember to love it like there's no tomorrow.

I absolutely loved this and it felt very powerful to me. I could feel a deep connection within and I was even brought to tears at one point during this meditation. I want to return to this meditation again and again in order to work through old stories and replace them with love and compassion for myself in my body. I really enjoyed the pacing. I saw several reviews saying it was too fast but I thought it was wonderful and perfect for me. Thank you.

I've been researching our "second brain" a.k.a. the gut and it is it's own ecosystem so I love that you said that in this mediation. There is so much research to be done on the connection between the mind and the gut but I think mindful meditations like this one really bridges the gap. I love it, thank you.
