Thank you for being here today.
My name is Esme and I'm honored to guide you through this meditation.
Take a comfortable seated position or if you can lay down comfortably and close your eyes so you could fully relax.
Imagine a wide root system of the tree hidden in the dark soil of earth.
Travel through that root system until you reach the tree trunk.
Go higher and higher on the tree trunk until you reach the branches of the tree.
And then follow the leaves until you see the sun shining through the leaves.
Go further through the leaves until you reach the sky and go even further than the sky.
Expand your gaze and go into the universe.
Go further than the sky.
Be surrounded by this vast universe.
I want you to imagine as if you were laying in the warm water and you are surrounded by the universe and you feel how nice it feels,
How supporting it is.
Concentrate on your eyes.
Relax your eyes,
Your eyebrows,
Your forehead,
Your nose,
Your cheeks,
Your lips,
Your scalp and your entire head is fully relaxed and supported by that warm liquid of the earth.
Into the universe.
Relax your throat.
This is the place that we like to tense so much by not speaking our voice,
By not allowing our emotions to be felt and expressed.
So relax your entire throat.
Concentrate your attention on the right shoulder.
Relax it.
Feel how it's being supported by the liquid.
You don't need to hold it.
Your right shoulder is fully relaxed.
Relax your right arm,
Your right arm fingers and your entire right arm is relaxed.
Shift your attention to the left shoulder.
Relax it.
Allow the warm liquid to hold your left shoulder and see how good it feels when you don't need to hold the weight of both of your shoulders.
They are fully relaxed and supported.
Relax your entire left arm,
Your elbow,
Your wrist,
Your fingertips.
Your entire left arm is fully relaxed.
Come back to your chest and feel how easy it is to breathe in through your nose into your chest.
Relax your chest with an exhale.
Relax your inner organs,
Spine.
Your entire back is laying on the warm water and it's being supported and you don't need to move any muscle so it's being fully relaxed.
Relax your intestine and reproductive organs.
Concentrate on the right hip.
The muscles of the right hip are relaxed.
All the tension there is gone.
Relax your right leg,
Your knee,
Your calf muscles,
Your right foot,
Fingers and your entire right leg is being supported and fully relaxed.
Concentrate on the left hip.
Relax every muscle in your left hip.
Relax your left leg,
Your knee,
Your calf muscles and your left foot,
Fingers and your entire left leg is relaxed.
Feel how your entire body is supported and relaxed in the warm liquid.
It feels so good to be supported and you don't need to move any muscle because you are supported and surrounded by this warm liquid.
And as you are laying there you start to feel how your body starts to melt and it feels like small particles like sand are disassociating from your body.
Your fingers start to become small small particles like sand and your body is becoming just small tiny particles that are integrating into the universe and your entire body is melting until all of your body is just small particles like sand being there in the universe.
And you start to travel through the universe,
You see the different shapes and forms,
Lightness and darkness and so many wonderful colors.
You feel what it means to be one with all and how all is one because we are all created from the small particles and you and me and everything is just moving energy.
So as you are traveling this life force,
This energy through the field of the universe you notice that in the distance there is a bridge and it's calling you and you want to pass that bridge so you step on it and as you are walking through that bridge you see that there is somebody in the distance and you notice that person is somehow familiar.
You feel that you know that person so you come closer and as you come closer to meet that person you see that it's you.
It's you when you were five years old and it's so good to meet yourself and you see what that five-year-old version of you is feeling at the moment.
What does it need?
What sensations and feelings that version of you is feeling?
Is it sadness,
Anger,
Happiness?
Could you just hold that five-year-old version of you and just let yourself feel whatever comes to your body and feel how whatever emotion there is it's safe to feel it in your body.
You notice how all of the emotions are valid and it's safe to feel them in your body and how good it is to be supported.
So you take the hands of that little five version of you who's always living inside of you and that version of you it wants to be seen,
It wants to be held no matter what emotions come to that tiny little body.
They want to be expressed and they want to be felt and seen.
So you take the hands of that little girl or boy and you together start walking to another side of that bridge and that bridge is the connection between you and your heart,
Between you and your emotions and whenever you feel like you want to shut down your feelings and emotions just remember that bridge,
That connection that you have with your heart and your emotions and how safe it is to feel them within your body.
Now start walking towards the end of the bridge and you reach the end of that bridge and by the end of the bridge there is the big shining crystal that's always within your heart.
That shining crystal is your guiding light that always leads you and guides you along the way and you can always trust it,
You can always trust yourself that you know your path and your path is always laid out for you and you know where you're going.
Even when you feel lost that bright crystal is like a shining North Star leading you to where you belong,
To where you need to go,
To where you want to go and now slowly move your fingertips,
Your feet fingers and slowly open your eyes where you can stay relaxed for as long as you like.
