When was the last time you connected to your body? When did you feel it deeply and allowed it to rest well? Take a few minutes to BE in your body FULLY. This meditation will allow you to experience deep body rest within a few minutes.

I am here and I'm listening.

I'm fully in my body.

I know I haven't been present that much at home in my body.

I haven't been listening to it,

To its needs,

To its requirements but today at this very moment I honor my body.

I honor each cell my skin,

My organs for providing me with this vitality,

With this joy to being able to face each morning,

To being able to walk,

To run,

To laugh.

I'm honoring you my body.

I'm listening to you.

You're wise.

You're always sending me signals but I'm just too caught up in the external world to listen to your guidance.

Even though you know what is wrong or right for me and you always said it to me and I'm just learning how to listen to you more carefully.

I'm at home in my body.

I recenter all of that awareness into me to see where my body is a little bit rough,

Where maybe I feel some aching,

Some pain and I pay more attention to that spot.

I allow it to be and as I pay more attention to that spot the pain dissolves and moves through the entire my body.

I pay more attention to my body to see where it's joy and how my body expresses joy.

I see myself dancing as a tiger,

As a punter and moving through their life so vividly and with so much joy.

I also notice where the rest is in my body and how my body says to me when it needs to rest,

When it's okay to rest instead of going and chasing.

And I see myself laying as a cat who is enjoying the sunlight and taking all in the required calmness and rest for my body.

How does the rest feel in your body?

I'm here and I'm enough.

I do not need to deserve to rest.

I'm honoring my body and I allow myself to rest.

I'll take this time to myself.

Put your left arm on your chest and your right arm on the lower belly to hold your body and express gratefulness for your body.

I'm so happy that I have you.

I'm happy that you always know what to do.

You're wise,

You're open,

You're receptive.

You know how to react to life's circumstances.

You are the first to guide me and lead me and I'm listening to you.

I'm becoming more in tune with you,

My body.

And take a breath in through your nose.

Hold a little and let it out through your mouth.

Feel the softness of your body.

Feel how it relaxes into the breath.

Feel how good it is to have your body and thank your body for being the best partner on this planet Earth.

I thank you,
