Breathe and let yourself be guided back to calm.
Let's begin.
Take a slow,
Gentle breath in through your nose.
Exhale fully through your mouth,
Letting the body soften.
Again,
Inhale deeply.
And exhale slowly,
As if you're letting go of all the tightness inside.
With each breath,
You are signaling to your body,
It is safe to relax,
It is safe to let go.
Notice the surface beneath you.
Feel the ground,
The chair or the bed holding you.
You don't need to hold yourself up.
You are supported.
Bring your awareness to your feet.
Imagine roots gently growing down into the earth,
Steady and strong.
Every breath connects you deeper into this grounded,
Safe presence.
Now,
Imagine your anxious thoughts as clouds drifting through the sky.
You don't need to chase them or push them away.
Just notice them and let them pass.
Bring your focus back to your breath.
Inhale calm,
Exhale tension.
Silently repeat,
I am safe.
I am calm.
I am here.
In this moment.
Feel these words sink into your body with each breath.
Take one more deep breath in.
And a long,
Gentle breath out.
Notice how your body feels now,
Softer,
Steadier and more at ease.
Carry this calm with you into the rest of your day.
