This is a safe space for you to reconnect with the present moment through the use of your own breath.
Let us begin by taking three deep breaths together.
Inhale as you feel your belly rise,
And exhale as you feel it gently lower back down.
Beautiful.
Two more times.
Inhale,
Nice full breath,
And exhale release.
Inhale,
And exhale.
Continue to cycle through a few breaths on your own at your own pace.
Now without any judgment,
Take a moment to notice how you feel in this present moment.
Remember that you always have the power of your breath with you to help you reconnect to the present.
