And then let it out slowly.

Taking all the negative energy with it.

Let's take three more deep breaths just like that.

You will feel your body relaxing more with each breath.

Visumn of life is good.

If any thoughts creep in,

Just acknowledge them then let them go.

Let them go fully.

Nothing else matters in this moment.

Let everything go.
