And it is very important to have a daily practice that helps you feel grounded.
Safe,
Protected.
And connected back to your own energy.
Today,
I will guide you through a short.
An effective meditation practice you can do on a daily basis before you walk out the door and navigate your life.
That will help you feel.
This sense of grounding,
The sense of resilience.
Stay with me through the end as I will share with you an empath empowerment message picked just for you today.
So with that said,
Get comfortable,
Either seated on the earth or in a comfortable seat.
Feel your sits bones grounded down.
Feet on the earth.
Round the shoulders up and back.
And then let's place both palms right over our heartbeat.
Place a slight dip in your chin.
And softly close the eyes.
Exhale everything.
Out of the lungs.
And take a deep inhale.
Through your nose.
And an easy exhale out of your mouth.
Let's do that twice more.
Big breath in.
Big breath out.
And again,
Big inhale.
And big exhale out of your mouth.
Keeping the spine nice and tall.
And then keeping the lips softly closed as we inhale.
Through the nose.
And exhale through the nose,
Feeling the breath.
And then with your next inhale,
Begin to breathe.
Into your heart space.
As we visualize a golden white light.
At the center of your chest.
In Anahata Chakra.
See this ball of bright light at the center of your chest.
Knowing and trusting that this light is filled with love.
It's filled with compassion.
And it's filled with protection.
And as you inhale,
You see this ball of light grow a little bit wider,
Opening up your heart.
Illuminating the whole chest.
And you begin to see this light begin to expand.
And travel now throughout the whole body,
The light moves.
Up through the chest.
Down through your arms.
And you can see this white light.
Moving down through the hips,
The legs.
All the way to the feet Breathing in.
And you see this white,
Sparkling,
Bright light.
Illuminating.
Every corner of the body and filling up every cell.
With this love.
And with this protective light.
You might feel a sense of warmth.
Happening.
With each breath.
And with every exhale,
You feel yourself releasing tension.
Releasing any fear.
Any worry?
And with your next inhale,
You begin to see this protective light begin to expand.
Out.
Inside the physical body.
Moving out through the heart.
Washing over the head.
Moving under the feet.
Circling around your back.
And you see and feel this protective white light.
Embracing.
Your physical body.
And as you inhale,
This light begins to expand wider.
And wider.
And wider.
Until you feel and know.
And trust.
That you are always protected.
With this love.
With this compassion.
With this protection.
As you go throughout your day.
No one.
Can take this from you.
Only love and light.
And truth permeate this field around you.
Breathing deeply into the heart.
You feel grounded,
You feel safe.
You feel your heart beating.
You know your own energy.
You recognize what's yours.
And what's not yours.
And as you move throughout your life today,
You know and trust this light goes with you.
Everywhere you go,
You are embraced.
By this protective white light.
You can feel safe.
To move throughout your day with grace.
With ease.
Feeling grounded.
And connected to your own energy field.
And taking a deep inhale through your nose.
Feeling the glow of this protective light within and around you.
And exhaling.
Feeling grateful.
So grateful for this protection.
