Welcome beautiful soul to another peaceful pause.

I am Lisa Watley your guide for this brief moment today.

So now let's journey in.

Close your eyes and allow yourself to settle into a space of stillness.

It's time to take a gentle pause from the outside world and bring your awareness inward.

Now take a slow deep breath in feeling a wave of freedom into your being and exhale releasing any tension that may linger within you.

Simply let it go.

Feel your body softening as the world around you gently fades away.

Drifting now into the sanctuary within.

Let yourself sink deeper.

Drifting down.

Surrendering to this peaceful moment.

Now breathe in and as you release feel a soothing calm wash over you.

Clearing space within for pure stillness.

And now as you continue to breathe imagine you can feel the cool morning air around you.

Crisp and alive with possibility.

And as you exhale let go of the weight of yesterday making space for the moments of today.

Just let it go.

Imagine a warm golden light descending from above gently wrapping around you.

This is the light of your uniqueness.

Breathe it in deeply.

Feel it filling your chest.

Radiating out through your arms,

Your fingertips,

Your legs.

With every breath this light reminds you that you are extraordinary.

Beautiful soul.

There is no one else in this vast beautiful world quite like you.

Your heart,

Your mind,

Your spirit are all uniquely woven into the fabric of this universe.

The world needs you just as you are.

Now see yourself standing tall confident and radiant and hear the whispers of the universe.
