Self love meditation. To help find compassion and joy within. Giving yourself the time to meditate can massively have an overal difference in your life. This meditation is bringing in the root chakra and self-love. Bringing in some light breathing to help relax you into this meditation

Welcome to this self love meditation.

Today we are going to connect within ourselves,

Within our inner queens and our inner cheerleader.

Today we are just going to take a couple of moments to relax our body and relax down from any stresses from your day.

And then we will go into a visualisation of self love and self worth which you deserve.

So now I invite you just to really focus on your breath,

The rise and the fall,

Your natural breath in your tummy area.

Just connecting with our breath which will wash away any stresses from the day.

So just take a couple of moments to take some really deep breaths from our tummy area into our heart space,

Into our chest which will begin by breathing through our nose and releasing from our mouths.

Take three deep breaths here.

Now we are starting to feel a bit more relaxed within our body.

We are just going to carry on just trying to relax our body further.

So we are just going to bring the attention to our head,

To the crown of our head and naturally soften any wrinkles or any stresses in the head and in the forehead.

Just by focusing on this area.

And down to our eyes,

Our eyelids are feeling heavier and heavier.

And down to our mouth,

Just releasing the tongue from the roof of our mouth and gently just softening the jaw,

The chest releasing any stresses here by bringing the attention into our body.

And down to our shoulders.

You can raise your shoulders here if you like.

Up to your ears and circling your shoulders and back down and relaxing.

Bringing that attention down to our elbows,

Through to our wrists and our fingers.

Relaxing each finger one by one from our little finger through to our thumbs.

Just relaxing every finger.

Now bringing your attention to the top of your spine.

Just relaxing from the top of your spine all the way down your spine.

Each vertebrae,

All of your vertebrae.

Just relaxing from the top all the way down to your seat bends.

Bringing your attention to your seat bends to the bottom of your spine.

This area is known as the root chakra.

And here we have,

We all have a spinning red disc,

An energy circle.

And this is the area that keeps us safe and protected.

Now envision you to imagine that on each leg we have like tree branches that run from our seat bends down to our knees.

Through the bottom of our legs and our shins,

The backs of our calves,

Into our ankles and into our feet.

Now we're going to plant our roots into mother earth,

Into the ground.

And this will just help us relax further into this meditation.

Let's just envision your roots coming out from your feet and into mother earth,

Into the ground.

You can envision your roots go further and further into the ground,

Entwining with other tree roots,

Providing you with love and support.

You are safe here,

You are safe,

You are protected and you are loved.

Now we're feeling much calmer and we are all within our body.

We are feeling much more relaxed.

Now we invite you to bring your attention to your heart space.

We're going to take the next couple of moments,

Going further into self love and self worth and exploring our inner queen,

Our inner cheerleader,

Which is you.

Now we're just going to take a couple of moments to imagine ourselves.

It's a sunny day,

It's a really warm day and we are standing in an open field.

Trees all around,

The thickest of green grass under your feet,

Under your bare feet.

The sun is beaming down on you,

There's nobody around and you feel completely safe.

What can you hear?

Can you hear the birds?

Can you feel the warmth in the sun?

This person we are envisioning is you,

Your inner queen,

You are her.

Your inner queen is you and she's always there,

She's always in you,

Supporting you,

She is your biggest cheerleader.

Tune in and connect with her,

She's always there,

We just cover her up with external noise.

Know that whatever is in you,

It is 100% possible to achieve.

Notice her,

See her,

What is she wearing?

What does she smell like?

What is different about her?

What feels different?

What emotions does she feel right now?

What emotions do you feel?

How does she stand?

This is all the abundance you need and it is already in you and you have the keys to unlock the abundance of self love at any time.

It's all within you.

What beliefs are holding you back?

What beliefs and what experiences hold you back?

Visualise her,

She's so happy and she's so healthy,

Surrounded by open fields and the sun beating down,

The warmth of love from the sun is in your heart.

She's joyous,

She's happy,

She has everything that she needs already in her.

Just take a deep breath here.

Feel the love running through you,

Feel the love running through your veins,

You are her,

She's within you,

She's there at all times.

Know that self love is absolutely possible and you have the power to unlock her,

You have the power to unlock your inner queen.

Take a moment to tell yourself that you love yourself.

I love me,

It's all within me.

Can you feel it?

Can you feel the love?

Visualise it,

See it,

It's magical and it's powerful and it's everything that you deserve.

You are the light,

You are the abundance of self love,

You are abundant.

Take a moment,

Just really feel the love in your heart space.

She's strong,

You are strong,

You are beautiful,

You are resilient,

You are powerful.

You are surrounded with all the love that you need,

You have it all within you.

Feel her,

Feel you,

This is so possible.

Self love is completely infinitive to you and abundant to you.

You are 100% of this time,

100% worthy of anything that you desire.

Nobody can love you as much as you can love yourself,

It all comes from within.

When you really start embodying all the self love and self love and self worth within yourself,

Anything is possible.

I want you to remember this feeling and hold this moment in your heart space.

So anytime you need reminding,

You can come back to this field.

This is your time,

Your visualisation that you can unlock and come back to at any time.

You are so loved,

You are so beautiful.

I'd like you to take this moment to place your hand on your heart and have gratitude for everything that you are.

Remember this moment.

I would like to say thank you to you for giving yourself this time,

This time that you deserve.

And when you are ready,

I'd like you to bring your attention back into the room,

Your surroundings,

Any external noises that you can hear to bring your attention back.

Knowing that this love,

Your inner queen and your inner cheerleader is always within you,

At easy reach.

I wish you a wonderful day.

Remember this is always within you,

You have the key.

Just take a moment to start wiggling your fingers and your feet and being thankful to yourself.

When you're ready,

I invite you to open your eyes.
