Tibetan bowls are undoubtedly one of the most powerful tools used in meditation and healing as it can take the human spirit to different states of consciousness. Tibetan singing bowls are used for deep relaxation and to release tension, blockages and can open the energy flow of the body. When we relax with the sounds of Tibetan bowls our concentration improves and our emotional tensions and blockages are eased, bringing us into a more harmonious state of awareness.

This is Amazing! I have trouble falling asleep and usually do guided meditations before bedtime. This is one of three music meditations that completely relax me. I don’t even realize when I fall asleep lol. I highly recommend this for anyone that struggles calming the chatter in your mind before bedtime. Thank you so much for this! It has been a blessing 😊
